Walmart Supercenter

This was literally the best experience I’ve had at any Walmart. Someone helped me find my hdmi cords and splitter in electronics and I was helped in both the baby and pharmacy sections. All three times they asked me if I needed help way before I thought about asking for help; almost immediately after I started looking for what I needed in those sections . Great customer service tonight Walmart.

I just came back to leave a five star review for this Walmart and to no surprise, I already did a month ago. This time, the pharmacy department went above and beyond for me. We couldn’t locate my ten month old sons prescription so the lady even called the pediatrician to resolve the issue directly. All of this service while I waited in my car with my son. She calls with updates from the pediatrician, everything is fixed and soon she comes outside to deliver us the prescription. She even apologizes for the mishap even though she’s the reason everything worked out.

I tend to go when there's less traffic, but I usually find what I need. Thanks Walmart!

I have come here now 3 times. I stock up for the 6 weeks semester I complete. It has nearly, pretty much everything you will need for an apartment. The workers are laid back, and helpful. It's quiet stocked for the most part and the cashiers are also great. I was really impressed with how efficient Mehki was the last time I was there. Not a talker, but friendly. Shout out to him because I had ALOT of stuff. When I had to make a second trip, he remembered me and said hey. Real great experience seeing as I'm not from Tallahassee.

Very clean and not congested in the isles and employees were very helpful. Nothing like NH.

The car mechanic handling the counter was very patient and helpful. Helped me find a mechanic and when none were open he helped me handle my car problem the best he could and it helped. Im writing this a couple weeks later and so far the problem went away

Good prices. Good locations. Good customer service. Items are easy to locate. Extensive product choices. Very few long checkout lines. Self-checkout. Produce is fresh. Good selection of clothing sizes. Good selection of shoe sizes. Rarely out of stock for advertised items.

I was trying to buy some headphones that were on the app priced @ $49, but when they were pulled out of the case they were marked $90. So the very helpful young man working there, help me to get into the app and pay for it at the price is said, and come back and pick it up at curbside. Customer service at times seems to be becoming a thing of the past, but I was delightfully surprised by this young man's attentiveness and helpfulness with my needs, and I definitely expressed to him my appreciation!

This is a good store and being mobility challenged, got a lot of help today

Jay was super helpful, Assisted us in locating the price on a clearance item. Offered to test the tv for us só we wouldn't have the trouble to bring it back in case it didn't work. Item is sold as is with no controler. But he made an effort to try and find it for us. He was great !! super attentive.

This is my go to Walmart. You can get almost everything you would wanna buy.

Used the scan and go option. It was great until I reached the checkout. Then it took an extra 5 minutes to process the order. Apparently they were having computer issues. The cashier that helped me was great I didn't get her name but kudos to her

Walmart had everything I needed for this shipping trip. I was truly amazed that they had 3 cashiers working & self check out was easily accessible.

Merchandise are well stocked and organized. Good pricing.

I have become an online grocery shopper. Never thought I would make the switch, but it works for now. I cannot complain about the selection of produce that choosen for me. It's always good. Most items are always in stock. Hard to get the plain cake donuts from the bakery dept.
Returns from ordering in line are also a breeze.
Way to go Dickson, TN !

There was only one filing cabinet on display but Brad went into the back and retrieved another as well as a cart to carry the two cabinets, dude was nice. Great service from Brad tonight!

Smaller "supercenter" than the others in the area. Does have food and other household goods though. Awesome Deli and great food selections. Really great sleep stuff in varied sizes (for women).

Pharmacy-great service! The employee was very helpful and kind. My prescription was filled quickly. The pharmacist answered my questions. This is such a friendly store! Very welcoming!
