Publix Super Market at Governors Crossing II

Previous manager (years ago) was a JERK. The current manager is obviously doing something different that is better. The overall atmosphere of the store and employees has changed for the positive. I enjoy shopping here because of the kindness of the associates. Yes, they are expected to be kind and professional, but when they ask how the new medicine is working for my kid, or what funny thing happened at my job now, I feel like a human being, not a money bag to the store.

Raving about the cocktails at Cowford Chophouse's rooftop bar! The servers were exceptional and attentive, creating a relaxing and even romantic atmosphere. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend for a delightful evening with great drinks and superb service!

The store is always stocked and customer service is the BEST! Lines are short and if more than 3 people are in a line, another lane is opened. The carts are nice and easy to push. This is very important to me!

This is my favorite Publix in Tallahassee, Florida. Everybody's friendly, I love the manager over the deli department don't know his name black man . I love the meat department and the workers, especially Calvin he's super cool, friendly, and always has conversations! And I love the manager I don't know his name but he's not short but average, he's not heavy set but he's not Slender short hair very cool dude, very friendly, and very helpful, and he actually works and ring up items. One thing Publix can do is because I noticed this in All publix. You need more help in your deli department and then your sandwich and hot food department . You will be late for work waiting on one person to service many people . I don't even bother to order from these departments. Although I love the products , I don't enjoy the wait time. Publix's a great grocery store , but it's definitely overpriced, but I love Publix.

Clean friendly atmosphere as always. I can always find what I am looking for with ease at this store. They have a great selection of products and the Publix app helps me with checkout using my phone number for electronic copies coupons.

Always a very positive experience and the employees were so friendly! I travel an hour to get there but always worth it!

I worked for Publix for 25 years enjoyed helping people and the love I am here at the Kearney Center hope to get a better experience.I really miss Publix Where working was a pleasure.Amen

Gina in the deli made my Boar’s head sub today. She created the best sub of my entire life. She even chopped up all the toppings to ensure that all the different veggies would fit. Thank you Gina for my first and the most amazing publix deli sub that I have ever had!! I will be back again soon!!

Publix has some of the best grocery stores in the world. Prices are decent, facilities are clean and organized, and their deli/bakery is 🔥🔥. Try a chicken tender sub (they call it a "pub-sub") from the deli or a mini-cake from the bakery.

Exceptional service provided by Kim and Brianna in the deli. Although it was busy they made sure to still show us why people love coming to publix. Thank you

Publix supermarkets have the best customer service of any grocery store I’ve visited.

Best grocery chain and this is one of the best locations out of the 10+ in the TLH area. Parking can be cramped but service and selection are always worth it. I particularly enjoy the deli team at this location, always going above and beyond for pub subs and fresh shaved meat and cheeses.
