HCA Florida Capital Hospital

The front desk staff at HCA were friendly and attentive to my family. Doctor Baker was very thorough and didn’t make me feel rushed. Overall a great experience with our PCP.

I had my baby here 11/17 and was treated with nothing but care and compassion. The L&D room was better than anything I could asked for. The nurses were energetic and and happy to be there. They really made my labor and birth a great experience. 15/10 thank you guys so much!!!

My father in law was here for 2 weeks in IMCU on the 4th floor. My husband and I visited twice a day and saw the healing that occurred while he was there. The entire staff was wonderful. The nurses and techs cared for him like he was their own. The nurse manager was never afraid to throw on some gloves and help. The dietary staff listened to what my FIL liked to eat and drink and made sure he had it every time. The housekeeping ladies were sweet and the manager checked in with us multiple times to make sure the room was being cleaned to our liking. Dr Effinger took care in making sure my FIL was being treated for many ailments and that he went to Westminster for his rehabilitation, on our request. By the end of the 2 week stay, my husband and I felt like the staff on this floor was family. It was the best hospital experience anyone could hope for.

The wait to get back to see a doctor was minimum and the ER staff are attentive and helpful. Dr. Milyavsky was a life-saver and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received while visiting the ER at HCA.

I went to the ER with problems breathing, I want to say all the staff that helped me were very compassionate and made me feel very comfortable during my tests and breathing treatments, i especially want to mention my LPN Michelle and my NP Rachel Elliott for being so compassionate and thorough with my diagnosis and treatment. I just wanted to thank the nurse team on the oncology floor. Lindsey, Erin, Mrs.Shelia, Kaycia and Francis (among others) were absolutely amazing, and treated me so well while I had to be there over the last week waiting on my diagnosis and ultimately my operation. Dr "T" went above and beyond to make sure my every need was met. I will forever be greatful, and if for whatever reason I end up at HCA again I hope this amazing team is in charge of my healthcare. Thank y'all for treating me so well, and making sure I got to come home to my family💙

I had a very positive experience here. I cant speak for the entire hospital but the staff on the 7th floor is so caring and attentive. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone in treatment team, the nurses, the mhts. The staff is very helpful and understanding. Im grateful.

My brother and I go to the medical center and we love it. Everyone’s very professional and friendly. Dr Novince is wonderful very thorough. I think we spent over an hour there the first time we met him. His staff is wonderful very friendly. The parking great. Easy to get to. I also have seen Erin Ayers the NP she was wonderful also. I would recommend her also.

I had a full right hip replacement by Dr. Jordan Walters and staff on March 22 of 2022. From the time I walked through the front door of HCA, I had the best experience I could’ve had. Every nurse, doctor and staff member were all amazing. Everybody was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I was able to go home only three hours after my surgery. After only a week at home, I am healing very quickly, most of my pain is gone and I will be off of my pain meds in a couple of days. Honestly folks, I can only say I had a 100% excellent experience at HCA! In the beginning I was extremely nervous as it is major surgery. If you’ve been hesitant, my recommendation is go ahead and get it done, it will be over before you know it and you will be back on your feet soon!! I was on a visit today to see someone,I really enjoyed the hospital security and staff was very helpful and I am glad they made their self to be working and scene.it was so clean in there to I was amazed how clean the floors were and bathrooms.Greatjob

The amount of HEART this place has, is without comparison. You'll see some of the most caring people working there you'll ever meet. Thank you to the entire staff for being awesome!

This hospital is the best! I feel loved and cared for every time I am there.

I was recently seen in the ER and admitted for COVID-related issues, pneumonia, shortness of breathe, etc. Of course it took some time to get through the ER because tests had to be done and so forth, but when I was admitted I was taken to a large, clean and comfortable room and settled in. It felt like heaven after being so sick all week.The staff throughout the five days I've been here have been wonderful...I couldn't have asked for kinder and more attentive caregivers, from the housekeeping staff to the techs at all levels, the RNs, the hospitalist, everyone. Very grateful.

I had a pleasant experience. The lady at the desk that checked me in for surgery was phenomenal. She was very friendly and really put me at ease without even knowing it. The nurses and doctors were professional and did a good job.

I was there for a test 6/5/23. The lady that checks you in has an outstanding disposition💖. Waiting time for my test was very minimal. Tech's for my test were pleasant and accommodating. I had a second test scheduled for Aug (which these 2 test are normally done on the same day); they were able to do both test that day. My experience at this hospital has always been outstanding, whether I've had test or have been hospitalized.

Very clean hospital, friendly staff, very attentive nurses who went above and beyond during my stay. My doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and his procedures were very well coordinated. I highly recommend going for surgery, or medical care, this is definitely my number one choice.

[ Labor & Delivery Review ] - [First Time Mother]

If I could give CRMC 10 stars, I would! Words are not enough to express how grateful I am for the Labor & Delivery team at CRMC. Going in without a Birth Plan or any insight on anyone's personal birth experience with CRMC, I was initially worried about the unknown. However, the Labor & Delivery team took exceedingly great care of my baby and me as if I had personally shared my desires with them. Due to Covid and the lack of visitors, the team made me feel like they were family of mine, sharing this experience with me. They made sure that I remained comfortable, and before being medicated, the nurses were very encouraging and empowering. They made my labor experience an unforgettable moment. Amongst being professionals, they were all empathetic, personable, and nurturing. These are just some of the few traits that I admired during my visits (before officially being admitted) and labor stay.

My pregnancy journey was untroublesome, and they made my entry into motherhood a smooth one. After having such an impeccable experience, I would recommend CRMC in a heartbeat. It was a pleasure to see nurses do their jobs with such passion and empathy!

My family and I thank you all sincerely for your outstanding support, care, and professionalism during my labor.

I really hate having to go the ER, however I am thankful to have one available. It helps 100% to have staff that are courteous, faces not looking like they sucked a lemon or acting like your presence just interrupted their chat time with another staff member or texting time. :O

The staff from the time I arrived, to the time I left were nothing short of great customer service! Surprisingly there were no cuss out matches or outburst from patrons LOL. All the people I saw being called back and seen were also processed in pretty good time including the poor 1 year old who came in crying on Mom.

Thankfully the ER wasn't super packed, (almost every seat wasn't full) there were a good amount of people in and out though during my 2 & 1/2 hour stay. Did CT scan and all during my visit, the transport guy was cool too. I am grateful no one was giving bad energy about simply doing their job!

I was both thankful and impressed by the follow-up to schedule and/ or remind me of the appointment for the specialist I need to see! five stars from me indeed all the way around!!!
