My wife and I were looking for a red retro style refrigerator. We were striking out at all the appliance stores. Out of stock due to Corona. Cannot get parts needed to assemble. Decided to check out Lowes selection. Talked to Danny in Appliances. After searching for quite some time, he was able to find a Galanz refrigerator. He informed me he thought he could get one. The only thing is that it would take several weeks. After several weeks of waiting, I called to check the status of delivery. They informed me they could not get it after all. Danny's searching continued. He was intent on finding us that retro fridge. He was eventually able to find another one. Three weeks to get one, he said. After almost three weeks, we received a call. "Your refrigerator is in." OMG!! Danny's tenacity paid off and exceeded my expectations!! Hats off and a big THANK YOU. Will definitely continue to shop Lowes!!!

First had a problem getting sales help in the tile section, but Scott and Janiece were so helpful. Scott even got a dolly to bring out more inventory to complete our order. Our first frustration was solved by their customer service. Thanks

Found the best customer service when we met Anthony Worthington in appliances. Purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer.
Anthony found the items we needed and arranged delivery for us.
There was a hiccup when the appliances were delivered. The dryer had a broken door latch. You measure a company by how they handle issues. And once again we were super impressed!
The delivery guys who also rocked in customer service asked us to call the store the next day and they would get us another dryer.
I called this morning and spoke with Shawn in delivery. He was so kind and professional. After 5 minutes on the phone he found another dryer and set up a delivery time that worked for us.

Visited last weekend for replacement lights bulbs. I had the old ones with me but still had a hard time finding what I needed. Jeremiah was working in the area and was super helpful and friendly and found a box of what I needed on the top shelves. He had a few other customers needing his assistance as well and did a nice job helping us in order and efficiently. Just wanted to give Jeremiah a shout out as that kind of service seems rare these days. Nice job!

I have to say Bryn has made Lowe's our only home improvement store we will shop at. He went above and beyond with our girls to make sure they love their new bedroom and they keep asking to go back and show him pictures of their new rooms!

I had an interesting experience at Lowe's (Capital Circle NE) today that reminded me great customer service still exists at some places. I credit both Rafael (Store Assistant Manager) and Sean (Deliveries Manager) for providing me with excellent customer service. My situation started off as frustratingly problematic and ended with a happy resolution.
Earlier this week, I ordered a dishwasher on the Lowe's website. The website indicated it was in stock and that it would be delivered this Saturday. (Please note, shopping on the Lowe's website is a completely different entity from the actual local store.) Even though I opted to receive text messages about the progress of my order, I did not receive any updates. I called the online customer service the day before delivery to confirm the order was progressing as promised. The online representative assured me the dishwasher was at the local Lowe's and waiting to be delivered the next day.
At 6am this morning, I received an email indicating the delivery was postponed by two weeks. Not knowing if anyone would answer at this very early hour, I called the store. Sean, the Deliveries Manager, answered and explained the miscommunication. Whereas he could've reserved information and told me as little as possible, he chose to be transparent and apologized. He explained that the product on the website was not in stock and he searched around to other Lowe's stores within a 1-hour radius. He was open and honest by indicating the product was not at the distribution center because it was to be discontinued. He suggested I visit the store and work with a sales representative and management to find a replacement.
I arrived at 6:45am and asked for an assistant manager. Rafael, the Store Assistant Manager, responded promptly and listened to the problem. I instantly noticed that Rafael did not go on the defense (as some owners and managers do at times) and was eager to help resolve the issue. He and I spent 1.5 hours together, first thing in the morning, looking at all of the dishwashers in the store. Rafael was extremely patient and helped me thoroughly compare various features. At no point did he seem exasperated with the time it was taking to shop or try to push me off on someone else. He went through every option and checked to make sure the products were in stock at the store. After much searching, Rafael found a great dishwasher that exceeded my expectations. He not only resolved the issue, but I left the store very satisfied.
Rafael and Sean were genuinely transparent and solution-oriented. They were respectful, calm and professional. They exemplified qualities of customer service that have become nearly non-existent now-a-days.

The hurricane ties selection and some of the lumber selection is way better than at Home Depot. Good to check both places.

I did have a problem with the delivery items from Lowe's but it was resolved to my satisfaction at that time.
I recently made a decision to make some changes to my kitchen renovation plan which would greatly improve efficiency. If you have a small kitchen that's important. I went to the store yesterday (2/21) about 5 P.M. and found the kitchen planner. She said she couldn't make the changes I needed because her software system was down. Well, that's not her fault, but when I arrived today for a 1 P.M. appointment, I was told she had called off sick. I was never notified.
Today, Friday, 2/24/23, which should be a separate review, I was assisted by Melissa, Assistant Mgr. What a difference! Everything I needed to have done was done, and in record time. Five stars to Melissa! I made purchases, scheduled deliveries, and all in a short time frame.
Today, 5/20/23, I I want to say that I bought Lowe's Diamond Now cabinets in white. I must say I am disappointed in the quality and durability of that product.

My husband and I went in to get paint for our countertops and had no idea what to get. A nice lady in the paint department not only helped us but when we picked wrong color, she patiently helped us correct.

My favorite Lowe’s! I have been doing salon renovations so I have been coming here quite often due to my need for supplies. I have never had a problem with any of the associates and they all are always eager to help me but I MUST brag on my favorites! For starters Rafael is amazing! He has personally helped me complete a few project just off of judgement and opinion alone. Every time I come he is always ready to assist me, if he has time he will even walk me through multiple options so I can find my perfect result, might I add everything he has recommended has came out great! Secondly, (I feel bad) is a gentlemen I believe he works in the cutting department, his name may be Aaron, or Carter? He is on the shorter side dark skin and has long lovely kinky hair. He is awesome! He gets my cuts perfect and always accommodates me, even helps me to my vehicle is desired. Chi Chi is great too! Always making sure I find who or whatever I need and providing a friendly funny conversation all whilst helping me. I really appreciate my local Lowe’s team. There are so many I would love to mention. Thanks for your hard work to the community.

We visited Lowes on Capital Circle NE to get some flowers for yard beautification. Not many people to help when we had questions. No one to load mulch for me, but overall a pleasant experience. Happy shopping!

It's always a simple process, I look for items online to see if my store has them and they tell you the aisle, section #, and the price; 5% off every purchase if you use the lowes advantage card.

Wade (in your Pro Service department) is top-notch. We are in the middle of a remodel. Wade provided excellent service in sorting out my contractor's needs, getting our quote together, replacing items not in stock, processing our order, scheduling delivery....and making for everything to proceed smoothly. Very appreciative. He's an asset to the Lowes organization.

Usually lowes is really bad. I can never find what I'm looking for. Nobody is ever around to help but this gentleman today helped me find shims to stabilize a toilet and he was awesome! He was extremely nice, patient and looked for what I was looking for until we found it. He asked another store worker to help us who also knew exactly what I was looking for. It was sort of hidden and I didn't see it when I was in the plumbing section looking for it and he knew exactly what the shims are and where to find them.
The guy I found to help me was very proactive. Usually the person that helps me is lazy and doesn't know what the item is that I'm looking for and they try to find it on their phone and just..... It becomes a dead end and I leave the store frustrated and without what I went for, but this guy new exactly what I was talking about and I found him clear across the store from the plumbing section. The 2 guys that helped me today were awesome. Thank you guys for helping me. I should have gotten your names so you can help me next time I'm in the store. I'll definitely look for them the next time I'm in there.
