Fleet feet was recommended to me by a fellow nurse. When I arrived at the store, I was greet promptly by a friendly employee. He helped me through the entire process. It was the quickest, easiest experience I have ever had when it comes to picking out tennis shoes. I ended up with an amazing pair of shoes that fit great and are beyond comfortable. I will always recommend going to this store for tennis shoes.

The 3D foot scan really allows you to target the ideal shoe for your foot shape. Then the associate offers several selections that meet the criteria of your needs. Also, they have a great selection of high-quality shoes at a very fair price. I recommend them to anyone needing quality running shoes.

Usually purchase my running shoes from the big box stores. Never again. The lady at Fleet Feet took her time with me and presented many options. Ended up with the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned. I will definitely get my next pair there. Highly recommend

I forgot what homie’s name was, but he was so quick to help me and recommend a good pair of Altra’s running shoes. I was actually leaving the store, but changed my mind and turned around to buy the pair of shoes he recommended. Fleet Feet is the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me find the perfect pair of shoes which were Altra. They have a roomier toe which is just what I needed. The return policy is good. You can even wear the shoes outside for awhile and if they don’t work out you can exchange or return them. I really love my Altra shoes.

My husband and I were helped very quickly and efficiently. Our assistant knew the right questions to ask. And she answered our questions with knowledge. She brought out different options she thought was suitable after having done our evaluation. I feel more lat ease that I’ve spent money on the correct shoes 😅

Purchased a Garmin Forerunner 965. Despite other stores in town 'claiming' they had them in stock, it was always 'Ship to Store'. After driving to two of these places I found Fleet Feet on a Google Search and gave them a call. Not only was the call immediately answered by a person instead of a menu, they were gracious enough to check inventory and advise on available models.

Once I arrived I was greatly promptly and respectfully. I was in and out in less than five minutes, and it would have been faster if not for me talking so much.

Thank you for carrying hard to find running specific merchandise, and for making it easy for the consumer by not going to automated calling systems which, quite frankly, stink.

Waylon was such a great help today. He was very attentive and knowledgeable on proper shoe fitment, and he assisted me through my entire shopping process so I could find the perfect shoe I needed for running. Customer service was so great that I ended up buying two pair of shoes. Great experience I highly recommend this store.

I had a great first time experience at this establishment. I wasn’t sure what to expect but knew I was looking to purchase some Brooks or other quality running footwear. Juan used some of the latest and greatest tech to properly measure my feet and my arches or lack there of. It was super cool and informative. You even can get a copy of the results sent to your email. I ended up getting a pair of 22 Brooks and they price matched with the sale going on the Brooks websit, because of that and a stellar customer experience I wouldn’t hesitate to return when I’m in the market for some new shoes or inserts, which I also purchased.

I've been running for 30 years. In that time I have always been a sponge when it comes to keeping up with evolving (running) shoe technology. But, at some point I also realized it's healthy to speak to people in the business that have more knowledge then myself and are willing to share that info. Boy, am I happy I spoke with Waylon @ Fleet Feet. Not a cookie cutter runner type (6'5"/245), he understood I lift weights & run +/-20 miles a wk. He matched me up with a great pair of Hoka Clifton 8's that matched my running style and body type. And, surprising advised that I go up a size (13 to 14)! Learned alot and am grateful for his help.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Tyler P. (staff member). Within minutes he identified the same diagnosis as my podiatrist. Provided knowledgable advice and brought shoes that were specific to my needs. This is not just a shoe store. The staff is courteous, concerned and obviously possess specific skills.
The 3D scan of your foot is not a novelty it provided specific measurements that were relevant to the fitting process.
I have suffered for years with the back and forth of purchasing different brands seeking something that fits my needs. The search ended here.

Great place! I had to wait for another family (I went after work so not surprised). But the associates were so kinda and got me in and out so quickly with the perfect shoe. I have tendentious and she knew exactly what I was looking for. Next time I get shoes I will definitely go back again.

Great customer service. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive, made suggestions but weren’t pushy, and answered all my questions. Overall great experience and 10/10 would recommend!
