I went into this store for the first time today, and I loved it! I didn't have a lot of time or money, but I was looking for a dress to wear tonight. The sales associate showed me all of the dresses they just marked down, and I fell in love with a printed one. I tried on the small, but I was worried it was a little short. She took the liberty of grabbing the medium for me too, and adding a belt with it. Once I tried both on, we decided the small was a better fit. I can't get over how great the service was here, and I will definitely be stopping back in, especially now that I know they have a student discount!

P.S. They had a candle burning, and it smelled amazing!

Francesca's is like little boutique shops in New York City. The customer service is above and beyond the norm. They actually hold conversations with customers about their products. There is always something unique to find for yourself or a gift for a loved one. The prices are phenomenal!! This is a place, you must visit.... You will not be disappointed!!!!

I have been to other Francesca's locations around North Florida, but I have never experienced customer service quite similar to the location at Miracle Plaza. The store was so adorable and the staff provided amazing service. I felt like I had my own personal shoppers with me! This is the best boutique in Tallahassee, I would recommend this store to anybody!

Pleasant and friendly clerk. Great clothes, jewelry, and gifts priced right! I brought a friend in for her first time! She made a purchase and plans to return!

Darling boutique. Excellent sales. Every time I shop there, I can find something just right for gifts or self. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Their stuff is so cute! Love their clothes and accessories. They also have fun little gifts for brides to be, moms, birthday girls etc... The only reason I chose 4 instead of 5 stars is they are a little pricey ($44 for a sun dress), $30+ for a blouse... So I definitely shop the sales

Every time I come into this location the staff is welcoming and they offer their help. I actually make a point to come here over other places due to the customer service. However, the clothes are a little cheaply sewn, that's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars.

To begin, I went in during the Friends and Family sale to purchase things and enter the drawings, all of which were horrible experiences. I owned several tops previously, all of which were of low quality and tore or lost decorations only two wears after. Very poor quality.
The customer service was adequate from the people assisting me that day, but what really upset me was I never got a receipt. This is important to me because I came in under the assumption (as previously posted) that with a $50 purchase, I could get a free bag. Fun right? Well, upon purchasing over $50, I was informed AT THE REGISTER AFTER I HAD ASKED that they upped it to $75 a few minutes prior to opening. No where was that posted.
Then, for the drawing, they had you write down your name and birthday. You had to be present to win the prizes, but I had shown up an hour early. I decided to hang out and wait. When I got back at 12 (the drawing time) there was only me and another lady who had yet to enter. Well, while the Sales associate was searching for my ticket, the other SA gave the woman who had JUST FILLED OUT HER TICKET IN FRONT OF ME AFTER THE DRAWING TIME the prize. I was livid. So I go back to the car to return a few items since I had only bought them as trinkets to get to that $50 mark. Low and behold, I had no receipt. When asked, the SA told me she had put it in the bag and she couldn't return it without the receipt. I searched my car and the entire parking lot (I had put the bag straight in my car before hanging out in the whole foods, so there's no where for it to go) and no receipt. I will never be shopping here again, which is a shame because I was planning to spend a small fortune on their candles. Screw this place and don't waste your money.
