I see a good many negative reviews. However, I’ve been with this bank over a year. The employees I’ve met were all courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

The drive thru can take some time depending on how busy it is. The ATM is always working with no issues. They do not notarize at this location. We asked and we were sent to another branch. The staff has been friendly to us.

It's okay Bank just wish they had a drive-thru ATM

I had to open a local business account with this bank. There has been quite a few problems with the account, logging in and account holders. At the time of this review their "Online Cash Manager" is not letting me log-in. I would not refer to them. Money is important and business accounts should not be down. They do have friendly customer service at the bank but they do not answer their phones.

Doing business at this SunTrust Branch was a disaster the day I visitedthe drive-thru took my $500 deposit and my driver's license and it got stuck and in the pneumatic tube. the girl who tried to deal with this problem was not very confident in my opinion other dealings with SunTrust have been very satisfactory and in fact I have a large car loan with them

Never open at useful hours. People have work. how about being open at 8 or 7am and maybe the weekends.
you cant cash checks unless u have that amount in your account.

Crazy monthly fees and out of date service. No transactions ever from the small money we put in the checking account, except their monthly $12 maintenance fees, to the point it cause the unused account to do down to -$2. ATM was not working so I had to leave to grab cash, only to learn they could not close the account today until the $2 hard posted. Run from BIG banks, especially Truist!!

I check my account twice a day, every morning and every night before I go to bed.
I am EXHAUSTED, of waking up to numerous over draft fees when my account was positive a few hours before. I've tried calling before, but all they do is expire one of your quarterly "overdraft forgiveness waivers" after that your out of luck.

Literally checked my account at 10pm to a $33 account

Woke up at 7am to a -37$ with a 36$ overdraft.

I've never seen a bank do this, and it genuinely feels shady that there is zero time frame for me to transfer funds.

I used to love this bank. The service was the best I have ever seen with a bank. Since they switched to Truist, I know I need to switch my bank. My account keeps getting messed up and I have to spend hours on the phone waiting to talk to customer service that never picks up. All I am trying to do is transfer my money out. It's been a nightmare. I HATE THEM.

After waiting to see someone for about 30 minutes and 10 minutes until 5pm I’m told by one of the tellers that they won’t be able to help me today no matter what. This is some great service and a big reason why I’ll be leaving Suntrust. The service at this branch has gone down in the past few years and no one is ever available to help out.

My wife and I opened accounts with SunTrust in December and January. We opened these accounts hoping to receive a promotion through SunTrust. I received mine, but my wife never did. The branch said they would investigate the situation since it appeared hers was never entered into the system by a rep there. We received a call from someone claiming to be SunTrust which started a 4 week game of phone tag. We later believed this contact to be a scammer and went to the branch's physical location. We learned from a rep that there was no record of our phone call to the branch or an investigation. We were very upset, especially since no one from the branch ever followed up and apparently never took our information. This lack of response left us vulnerable to someone who somehow gathered our SunTrust information.We were again promised a call that the following Friday, but never received one. We were also promised an email from SunTrust about our promo.
It took multiple tries for them to tell us the confusion was due to "personnel changes" and apparently the promotion was not happening when my wife went in, even though a representative assured us we would receive the promotion.
We are disappointed in and outraged at the branch's service. We have felt unsure and unsafe with our finances since opening accounts with SunTrust. I honestly which I could give them a 0/5 stars. We closed our accounts and are still having trouble with them.

On Saturdays there is ONE lane open and always busy outside. Tried to make deposit for relative and acct number off. Staff directed me inside, which resulted in no help even though there are 4 ppl sitting around that could have opened up a lane outside! Recd no help from issue as no one wld take the time to look up info from addr/phone. If I wld have left in night drop they would have at least check for THEIR customer?! This bank is the WORST.

This branch use to be great. However now it is awful they never have more than 2 employees working which is ridiculous since this is one of the busiest branches. 2 employees to handle drive thru, counter teller and new account customer service.
