This isn't an ordinary fast casual burger joint. When you first walk in you'll immediately be hit with the smell of the homemade candied bacon-tomato jam. A unique menu with unique offerings, The CEO provides the most tender patties I may have ever had at any chain restaurant. The urban fry is also must side dish, and not listed on the corporate website. In fact, I'd say it's almost hard to compare BurgerFi to any other burger joint, just because there is such a unique taste profile to their signature burgers (unless you get an ordinary cheese/bacon burger). Service is by no means quick, but it was not very busy on our visit during lunch hour. Prices are high, but it is a more premium product. The only two negatives I can give: Paper straws (they suck) and the onion rings needed something to dip them in.

I tried out the "green style" cheeseburger, which substitutes lettuce for bread. It's not pretty but it tasted excellent The cheeseburger was great and the fries are very well done as well. There is beauty in simplicity and Burger Fi does a great job.

BurgerFi is always delicious. It doesn’t matter what location I go to, the food is always outstanding and I’ll keep coming back! That’s for sure :)

got the veggie burger with a side of fries for dinner and it was delicious. staff was friendly and food was served hot and in a timely manner. before I left I had to stop and get a dessert and Jay was so helpful with picking out which dessert I wanted. Thanks so much BurgerFi!!

Took my daughter to Burger Fi. She is a very picky eater who loved their burger, fries and shake. I also enjoyed their burger. The bun was soft and meat was tasty.

Duuuuuude!! Best BurgerFi I’ve ever been to. The general manager, her name is Mika, is hands down dope! She will make sure you get your food right while treating both her customers and employees with respect. Lady needs a raise for real

I visited here today for the 2nd time! Last week was my first official visit. I stopped in to bring my grandson for the kids eat free mentioned to me. The food was amazing, and the Manager was hilarious. She and her team appeared to have so much fun. My grandson got the chicken tenders and loved them. We loved the upbeat atmosphere. Very welcoming. This is definitely a new go to spot for us. Mrs. Moe and team keep up the good work!

The food is delicious. The burgers have a homemade taste. I tried BurgerFi a few days ago,’for the first time, and I have been back 3 times since then. The last time I had a little problem and had to take the food back, but the manager, Mr. Lee, took care of me and was quite nice. The order was remade without any problems. I recommend BurgerFi to EVERYONE!

This was my first time trying BurgerFi and I was not disappointed. Customer service is great. They're nice and we're very helpful when I needed to change something on my order. I ordered the double cheeseburger and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. The fries are good and I plan to try a seasoning next time. The onion rings are really big but they'll probably be better with a sauce. Overall, I'll be visiting more often.

Recently, we enjoyed a meal at this location. The burgers, fries & onion rings are of course delicious. I had the vegan burger at the suggestion of the General Manager, Mika Arnold, and it was also delicious. The staff went out of their way to sanitize the place, and make us feel welcome. The crew was very nice and they helped correct my mistake. I ordered the beyond burger and thought the cheese was vegan until they said it had dairy in it. The guy asked if I wanted to switch it out and offered it up. He brought everything out with the best manners and apologized, for my mistake.. Best customer service. I totally recommend this place to anyone who loves burgers and fries

BurgerFi earns a five star rating for overall clean appearance of the restaurant, clean bathrooms, and good service. I absolutely love the taste of their burgers and it's a toss up between their fries and onion rings both are awesome!!!

We already know about the quality of the offerings at BurgerFi but the most underrated qualities of this particular site is their customer service. Manager Reshard and the entire crew made certain that everything was right or corrected immediately. So nice to witness the entire unit working together and leaving every customer feeling like a VIP. They are excellent establishment representatives. Well done...

I love the grass-fed, beef burgers at BurgerFi. The buns are soft and do not overpower the beef. Everything is fresh and cooked on site right when you order. This is the place I go when I want a good burger and don't want a heavy one, because it is just the right size. The onion rings are huge, a meal in themselves. The custard is a sweet treat. One of my favorite burger joints in Tally!

I enjoyed their food, and want to thank the staff for the time I spent working there. I know BurgerFi Tallahassee will continue to prosper in many ways. I am not a burger eater, however they do serve great chicken as well. Stay blessed, and continue to prosper.

Great food and super nice staffing! I got the New York style dog with kraut, it was delicious! They also have a good selection of craft beers for those who are looking for an alcoholic beverage. Definitely check this place out if you are in Tallahassee!
