Jenny is the best bartender I have ever met. She knows all the right questions to ask related to the food I ordered and always prompt with my drinks. Very friendly and attentive even when busy.

Will definitely be recommending to my friends.

The ribs were not very good, they were just bone, and the tortillas in the sampler were all broken, I just didn't like that, which is why I only gave it 4 stars, but the rest was very good

Danielle my server was awesome. Wonderful personality and very attentive.

She stopped by often to check to see if I needed anything, kept my ice tea filled, and also recommended dessert.

For her outstanding customer service I will make another trip to Applebee's soon!

Excellent experience for my daughter's graduation lunch. Kids menu has good and different options and the adult menu never disappoints. Quesadilla burger never is a let down when you don't know what you want. Nice swing on a classic! Heather, our waitress was so friendly, super fast, and made our quick lunch date perfect!

The service was excellent. The food was very good, the sirloin was a little bit over cooked. We asked for a medium cooked steak and it was well done but it tasted very good. The Margaritas were very good and the dessert was great ( lava cake with ice cream).

Had a great experience we had Heather as a server she was prompt and knowledgeable about the menu. She was attentive filling our ice teas several times. The food came out hot and ready to eat the presentation was on point. Highly recommend this location*****

We look forward to our Monday burger night at the Wesley Chapel location all due to Jessica R. She makes the special even more special. She see’s us, immediately smiles, remembers our orders, starts our drinks before we even sit down. We feel she truly cares about us and we feel like family. We do enjoy our experience much better when she is working the bar as it is much easier to interact. Without her, my rating and business would be much different.

We just wanted a small lunch and there was no senior menu but they let us order from the kids menu. The burger and fries were just right! Our server was fast, efficient, in all ways perfect.

The boneless wings were great. Cassie was an absolutely amazing server, so sweet. Would definitely recommend asking for her.

I've been eating at this location a few times this week alone. One night, they messed up my order by forgetting all the dipping sauces, etc. My kids would not touch their food without those sauces. I called them up to see how we could compromise on this situation, and the manager, Chris, was amazing. I'm so used to being blown off or someone saying you can drive 30 minutes to come get your sauces, but Chris understood the magnitude this was for a child. He offered to make it again at my convenience or send me a gift card. I was very happy a manager finally understood how a whole meal was ruined by a few missing items. Thanks, Chris! And Nick for helping correct this in a timely, polite manner!

Our server Jenn was outstanding! Amazed how well she kept us taken care of at our booth while also working the bar and to-go areas. Food was great and service was awesome.

I was pleasantly surprised with our visit tonight. Mariah was our server and she was friendly, efficient and attentive. She truly made it a great experience. The Applebees by my house has terrible service so I was nervous coming here and Mariah knocked it out the park!

Went for my twins 8th birthday dinner per their choice. Our waitor was very busy and obviously overwhelmed, but attentive and humble enough to reconfirm our order bc his booklet broke. And on top of it bc the little extra wait we had on food for him double checking our order he was kind enough to cover the cost of my daughters' desserts for their birthday. Will definitely return to this location strictly bc of the service our waitor provided.

The bar area has a limited seating to allow to take advantage of the half price apps. Restaurant seemed a little dirty but the food and service were good.

Sierra has given me the best dining experience in any restaurant, every time I visit. She definitely should be here more often and give every diner an opportunity for her wonderful and spot on service. Her smile and laugh make it really feel like home here. She’s very attentive and quick with anything I need and I always leave amazed.

Good services and good food. Good drinks. If I could remember my servers name I would put her in here. She was very nice and friendly and good service.

I don't remember the appetizer we had, but it was awesome. The service was very good! Also, the atmosphere was very nice.

Cassie, our waitress was top notch. Mike the manager in training was incredibly attentive, kind, cheerful, and professional. My peach strawberry drink was wonderful and Cassie helped me design it with whipped cream on top. And they were 2 for 1! My blackened shrimp Alfredo with extra cheese and hot sauce was scrumptious. Highly recommend this dining experience..Bathrooms were very clean.
