Gabby helped me buy my first property. She made the entire process

I recently purchased a house with the help of our realtor, Mike Gerrity. Mike was amazing from the start. He listened to all of our needs and was open to scheduling viewings last minute. This was extremely helpful, as my husband and I tend to have overlapping schedules, but this was not a problem for Mike. He remained professional throughout the process, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question we threw his way. I felt he truly had our best interest in mind. He accompanied us in all meetings, which really made us feel protected in a way since this was the first time my husband and myself were buying a house. There is so much to know and Mike never made us feel inferior even when we probably asked silly questions at times. He made sure we received all supporting documents to ensure we knew how to set up the many things that come along with purchasing a house and even offered to hand deliver pertinent documents and keys to me when we encountered a little hiccup at closing (phew) My experience with 54 reality was superb and will definitely use them again. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous to find the house of my dreams, but working with Brooke quickly changed my outlook! The selling agent he had to deal with was absolutely horrible but he handled that situation with professionalism. We were very impressed with Kyle and if we ever want to sell or buy again, we definitely will be using Kyle.

We cannot say enough about Rose and Team 54. Rose was incredibly knowledgeable and came prepared to our 'interview' she was extremely thorough and had comps around the neighborhood. The marketing that Team 54 puts together trumps all other realty companies in the area. We received a full price offer after 3 days on the market.

From there Rose was still very attentive all the way through until our closing. It was nice to not feel like another number. Rose treated us like we were her only clients (even though that is far from the truth). The best decision we made when selling our home was to use Rose and Team 54. Their reputation and knowledge speaks for itself. Do yourself and your home a favor and call Team 54. You won't be sorry. We sure aren't. :)
