Came to this store after an unpleasant experience at a corporate owned store. I came in on a Saturday afternoon. Rob immediately greeted me which did not previously happen.

Rob answered my questions and his combination of friendliness and knowledge led me from going in just looking for information and comparison on upgrading my phone to ordering the upgrade right then.

I came in just to get the information on a new phone because my old phone was not keeping charge. Due to Evan’s extraordinary patience, positive demeanor and salesmanship, I walked out with the new IPhone 12 and over $200 of accessories. I must say that this management is awesome. Stefan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my phone. His service was top tier and he answered all 500 of my questions. I have become so accustomed to my questions never being answered whenever I call or go into an AT&T location, that I was completely caught by surprise when Stefan was genuinely happy to help and actually resolved the issue with my phone. He was a breath of fresh air yesterday and has restored my faith in AT&T that has been gone for so long.

Evan and Stefan were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! They were incredibly fast, helpful, professional and knowledgeable! I was in and out of there in 25 mins. I updated my sons phone, Evan set it up for me, put the screen protector and case on and transferred all of my sons info from his old phone to the new phone. I have never experienced this type of outstanding and timely service from any att store until today! Very impressed!!!

A rep was immediately available and he offered a couple choices to resolve my problem or change phones and helped me with changing my plan on 1 of my lines. He had me out the door, fully resolved in 10 minutes!

Stefan provided amazing service. He was very professional and stayed late to assist us with activating a phone that I purchased in October from another AT&T store. He was patient, and extremely helpful with additional services.

My experience here was amazing. Cruz and Stefan was very nice and explain me about how good is the iPhone and iPad . You feels there that you are important. Compared with Zephyrhills store that I went two times there and they have zero customer service. I went again to the store Wesley Chapel and Candice explain me very nice about my commitment bill that I don’t understand. Thank you guys and be always like that. God bless you.

Me and my son Gunnar just left this store what a great experience!!! I had dreaded going because of past experiences but I will say this ATT store is awesome. And the main reason is bc of Stefan what a nice young man. He helped transfer all of our information and had such patients!!!

This store showed above and beyond customer service with a lot of product knowledge/information for me and my mom (who is less tech-savvy). My walk-in was taken care of quickly and without any interruption despite there being over 3 customers and only two people on hand.

Stefan was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Told him what I wanted and was in and out with my new phone in no time. Would definitely recommend/ return to this store in the future.
