Darron, Jacob and another worker working on 3/1/24 at night were so helpful! I bought chapstick, and they helped me find it & were super friendly and helpful! Then, I lost my phone and they were all kind enough to let me use their phone to call it & they eventually found it. They were all so awesome about it and I appreciate how kind & helpful they were!

Give a great big shout out to Carla at Walgreens pharmacy and of course the rest of the crew and pharmacist that always make everything happens for me. I’ve been going to this Pharmacy for over two years and have never had a problem. I left Cvs after 14 years because of all the drama And mistakes. Thank you Paula, also, thank you Genesis and all the pharmacist staff.

Missed getting my prescription filled before leaving to Florida from Michigan. Went to CVS and Publix but they couldn't help. Walgreens in Wesley Chapel got the job done! BIG THANKS!

The store is very clean, two male cashiers were very friendly ( I don't know their name but I believed one of them was a shift manager) they were very nice.

The pharmacy staff are overwhelmed during peak business hours and don’t seem to have enough staff at all. They seem to have way more staff in the later evening. Try rescheduling some during the day so traffic isn’t lined up into the streets for the drive through and back of store waiting for pharmacy rx’s. The staff DO try very hard and are nice but stressed. Need better staff scheduling in this store please! Otherwise we are switching to CVS or something.

I have NEVER experienced anything but top- notch excellent service from both the pharmacy and regular check out. Too many people like to post negative experiences than praise for the outstanding service they ALL provide. Many are sick coming into the store and so maybe that is why there are negative posts? It takes less energy and understanding to be nice than it does to be rude and impatient. I have the utmost respect and love for these people. Remember they too are the frontliners of Covid and is sad this isn't recognized. Rose, Kayla and Sara are sweet and tenderhearted and have answers available for everything you need!!

I called the pharmacy early morning and received excellent service from the manager who not only answered my questions, but took care of the transfer of scripts for both myself and my spouse, saving me time and effort. Andrew was super nice and provided exceptional above-and-beyond service. I am looking forward to my new pharmacy.

I am a regular in this Walgreens. I love the workers that are there in the evening shift. I have received nothing but professional and friendly service. I always get accurate help when I can’t find something. I wish the pharmacy was open later, but that’s a small gripe compared to the wonderful service I receive.

I have to tell you this stores staff is amazing. Always helpful and amazing. Between Kiri and Dimitrius they helped me make a special photo booklet. I can't thank them enough for their patience... I know what is to work in the service industry and it's hard to find good people... I was utterly impressed and am thinking of switching all my meds here. Hopefully the pharmacy staff is as good.

Always someone around if you have a question about something.

Friendly and attentive. Do all my prescriptions there. They are filled promptly and maintain good communications with my health providers.

The very best Walgreens your staff is helpful the store is managed well and . This is my favorite spot to stop. Keep up the good work and I thank you for being there.

I myself have never had a bad experience nor have been there when someone else had a bad time. Sometimes they are very busy you just have to remain patient.
