Pizza Hut

This location was going downhill for quite a while a couple years ago so we stopped ordering from there or going to pick up but recently missed Pizza Hut Pizza so decided to give it another try. Even though they’re always seems to be some kind of issue with the app or food, Angel is an amazing customer service manager, and handled it extremely professionally and quickly. She is the reason I will continue to use this place despite our bad experiences in the past!

I ordered my special priced 12 pizza via app. Had trouble getting through to phone order a second pizza for my neighbors. When I got there I told staff I wanted a second large $12 Supreme Pizza. They were very nice and professional. In a short while the second pizza was ready. I was very happy with my veggie pizza and my neighbor loved hers.

I've been eating pizza hut all my life and still holds a special place in my heart.some of my best childhood memories were going to the buffet and or turning my book it slip to order my very own pizza and now I get to share that with my kids...

Online order was quoted as being delivered at 6:36, the driver showed up literally at exactly 6:36. He was so exactly on time it was eerie. Pizza was hot and surprisingly good.

Mary is an absolute saint! Whatever you're paying her isn't enough imo. 10/10 would recommend!!

Anthony is the man!!!! Helped me order the cheese pizza my pregnant wife has been craving real easy and smooth! Great conversation also! Gotta love great pizza and even better customer service! Highly recommend!

Update: Store manager took care of us above and beyond

Called to give manager some feedback about a negative experience. His reponse when I was done was, "Ok"

No "I'm sorry". No "I apologize you couldn't eat 70% of the pizza you spent $12 on"...just..."ok"
So I pressed a little further and managed to get "I'll talk to him" referring to the guy who makes the food...

What a joke for management...

Pizza Hut is my favorite! Over the years we have, maybe, gotten something that wasnt as good but not enough to complain about. The one thing I would suggest is that you allow us to change the way we want the sauce (light for us). However, when ordering from the Deals we do not have the option. Just my only two cents! I have ordered from this Pizza Hut location three times, all different dates over past three months, all when I stayed at the Sleep Inn. Twice (including tonight), the driver Ronnie / Ronald delivered, and a third another gentleman maybe in his 40s (sorry don't know his name). Have to say, all three times the delivery drivers were very polite, respectful and extremely courteous. And both times with Ronnie, in addition to reiterating what he was delivering to ensure it was all included, he proactively apologized for the extended delivery times (even though the 50 min was listed upfront and he was within that time). I sincerely appreciate the professionalism!!! All times the food was good quality too! Thank you!

Best Pizza Hut I’ve had in a very long time. The other locations just don’t taste the same as if they changed their ingredients or something. Not sure but this location gives me the original Pizza Hut vibes!!! Great service also!

They are close by so we usually get nice hot pies. Most recent order was delivered especially fast. Thin crust option is very important and taste is good.

While traveling we ordered ahead for a quick pizza and were pleased to find fast and friendly service and a hot ready to go pizza Thanks. nobody pizza's like the hut!

I live in Terra Bella and struggle every single time getting my food from every delivery place near here because the address isn't on any map yet for some reason. Although I may have to answer a call and explain where I'm at, it at least makes it to me and usually in less that 30 minutes. That and Pizza Hut wings are the best delivery wings out there right now.
---Forgot to add, they made my fries regular and I ordered Cajun once. Accidents happen so I didn't care but called and let them know.. they gave me a credit for an order of fries on my next order. And I also ate every last regular fry. I respect a place that rights their wrongs, especially in the form of free Cajun fries.

Even though they was so busy New Year's Eve they all was nice & polite.
I got 2 pizzas & some chicken wings in very good time as busy as they were.

The young lady at the counter held a professional composure as an assumed scamming customer was giving her a hard time about a supposedly ordered half and half pizza. I was extremely proud of her for being as kind and collected as she was through the interaction.

The girl that's there 98% of the time is very friendly The order is always accurate I don't remember ever having a problem
5 starts as long as she's working there

First time in a while since we ate here. I was not disappointed. The pizza was hot and had plenty of ingredients. The cashier was friendly and helpful.
