Very nice staff but external staff affiliated with the office is sometimes very unprofessional and rude. Carmen OLVERA had our family make appointments twice and she didn't show up and my4 year old was waiting with me in the sun for over half an hour only to be dismissed by Carmen when her office hours were still in effect for walk ins.

Building aka most of the offices are closed unless you are an employee. Also...whoever works for enrolling people for orca cards via health insurance needs to get their directions rights and stop sending people to the wrong places. Had me lost for 2 hours downtown trying to find the right place. Telling someone "public health" building is not helpful at all. The correct address to get your orca card is at 201 S Jackson St. Not this building.

Horrible people especially Micheal. Called in for inspection for the FIRST time. Got a call in the morning to expect someone between 8-10. Waited for them 7-12 no one showed up. Wrote a report saying he showed up on time and no one was there to guide them around and I had to pay re-inspection fee. Payed the fee called in the inspection again. Got a call in the morning around 7:30 saying that someone will be there 10-12. Get a call from the supervisor of the jobsite that inspector is there and that was at 9am. And guess what he did. He didn’t even get out the car there is a video footage of him just sitting in the car and not getting out. All he wrote is “not ready for inspection PAY RE-INSPECTION FEE” again! As far as I know. You get 3 inspections for free. And I had to pay every single one…

It doesn't matter if there is no evidence of risk associated with opioid smoke, we may just not know about it yet, besides there is no smoking (at all) on the bus. Do your job you worthless and insolent bureaucrats. The police need to do their job too. You always pass the responsibility/accountability off on to someone else. DO YOUR JOB. Protect the public, the majority are not drug users.

they gave my HORRIBLE bosses an perfect score when it should have been shut down...

They then IGNORED videos of CLEAR violations

THEN the woman who gave the Good score to the BAD cook came to my next job and acted as if the EMAIL I send about the old JOB was about them She harassed and threatened them until I was let go

I NO longer work in food service because I don't trust they won't harass me
