Amazing service came in on my lunch break and had attitude from one of the workers but a worker name Larry great help. made my food just how I wanted it and fresh and hot and has so much positive energy lol morning shift is amazing. This place is fast. With the food because kitchen dose so good but other then the nasty attitude from one of the worker had a fun experiences

New to the area and decided to visit since I had a coupon. My server Julie was very pleasant and courteous. The store was very clean and orderly inside. The breakfast was great and the coffee was fresh. Probably one of the best Burger King experiences I have ever had!

I hadn't eaten BK in 8 years. Tasted so good. No pic because I ate it. Coke icee was broken but I'm a jinxed for that one never fails. Cheeseburger 🍔 drove thru but very busy place. 23 mins in drive thru. We got gas afterwards I noticed this.

Who can go wrong with a Whopper with cheese lol this place always gets my order right... big plus 👍

The Evening Crew that you have seems like a wonderful team. I came through there last night after having a bad day and that wonderful voice on the microphone really made me happy. The gentleman asked me how my day was and he seemed very genuine. I got the #1 and EVERYTHING was just how I asked for it to be. After getting my food the young man I think he said his name is Bouncer told me to have a wonderful evening and keeping smiling. I really needed to hear that even if it did come from a stranger. I look forward to seeing that smiling face EVERYTIME I COME THROUGH. OAN: Can y'all PLEASE bring back those Melts🤗. 5 STARS HAPPY CUSTOMER

Very clean and fast service. Whopper was not flat and squished down like at some fast food outlets. It was fresh and hot.

I'm not a fan of fast food. However my grandsons love Burger king chicken nuggets. We were in a bit of a hurry to get to an appointment but we squeezed in a run through the drive thru. They were very fast and friendly. They weren't very busy when we went through but they still took care of us quickly.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean restaurant. Employees made us fresh coffee and were quick and efficient!

A little understaffed but Julie, Paul and Rob are absolutely killing it in here! Food was hot fresh and perfect, Thank you guys for trying so hard to make sure everyone was pleased 🥰

P.s they need a raise

Got the chicken parm sandwich and it was wayyyy too salty. The cheese, chicken and tomato sauce all together is very very salty. It's not this location's fault but sandwich needs reformulated.

I just wanted to thank Julie from the Decubellis location for taking the time to help my husband to the car with his order. She saw he had too much to carry and she took the time to help him carry everything to the car. This was very much appreciated as he has some difficulty navigating at times.

The best Burger King I have been to, ever! It is new, super clean, very friendly and attentive employees. I have been here several times and the food is great. This Burger King is like going to PDQ, Culvers, or a more top end fast food place. Keep up the good service and food quality and this place will have my business regularly.

The parking lot was clean and functional. As I walked in I was greeted by an attractive pretty blonde staff member, no name tag, but she very was attentive even tho she was preoccupied with the drive thru that was hella busy. My order came up promptly and would definitely recommend this location for their service and hardworking staff.

Jacklyn is the most professional person I have seen at your new location. For being so young you know she respects her job and values it. She was very well groomed and such a pretty smile. Double checks and my order is always correct. Value this one she is a keeper.

The staff at this burger king is the best. Always friendly. The food is always right and always great. In my opinion, this is the best restaurant around here. In total, the staff and food quality is better than even the sit down restaurants I've been to lately.

Always a nice visit. I work just across the way ... the manager it always so nice ... always peeking to see if someone needs help. I always end up leaving with fresh cheese tots 💕

I just so happen to work at this location it’s a great place to work for the managers are friendly the staff can be testy at times but none the less I have truly enjoyed working for this place it pains me to see the low number of stars for this location and just now looked at the reviews I’ve been with this company for 3 months and the amount of 1 stars is flabbergasting I’m sorry to the customers that have had bad experiences just know this location is short staffed at least at this time so please be patient and understanding we all have a job to do when I’m working I’ve had nothing but positive reactions with the quality of food and the temperature of food I make sure what I serve to the customers is what I would want to eat myself
