The staff of this store is amazing—trustworthy people. I lost my wallet and they had it when I came back. I couldn’t be happier! Not only that, but their service was also very helpful! Great staff! Shake machine always breaks, Soda tanks taste dirty. People friendly,drive through cheerful,however execution of orders is slow..at times.🙃 But we still go.

Usually gets everything correct I don't think they have messed up my order once

I rarely would feel the need to post a "comment" for an individual branch of McDonald's. But, of all the MANY locations available, I have to say; "This branch has been consistently above "THE BAR", without question.

I visited the McDonald's by River Ridge last night, getting a late dinner for myself and friends at home. I saw there were quite a few cars in line for the drive through. So I decided to park in an open space close to the entrance and go inside, to order for take home. As I entered, an employee was almost finished mopping the entire entryway. I felt bad having to walk across the damp tile and apologized to the young man. He immediately responded politely, "not a problem sir, it's going to happen". I carefully walked to the 1st space at the counter, to order. There was a lot of activity going on, with the many employees busy servicing the patrons at the drive through. But I was noticed quickly and politely asked for my order. I wanted to use the McDonald's phone app to get a free 10pc chicken nugget. As I was showing the young man my phone screen, he said I had reward points that I hadn't used and were about to expire. I knew I had points, but didn't know they expired after a year. He quickly told me what I needed to do, to get the best value. After ordering and using my phone as he advised. I ordered over $30 of food for 3 people for only $10.82, utilized rewards that would have expired, and was being handed my entire order in less than 5 minutes. Every person that had a part in the entire process, were polite and smiling. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered.
I frequent this location whenever I have the opportunity, because of their level of service and quality of product. However I felt the need to share this last visit, for the additional outstanding customer service, that ended my final errand of the day perfectly.

This is my favorite McDonald’s! Excellent service and great food quality!! They are always consistent and never mess up my order.

What can I say...McDonald's is McDonald's. Just alot more expensive now.

This is the best McDonald's ever. I drive way out of my way to go here because the food is always fresh and the people are so nice. Believe me, I pass three other McDonald's going to this one because the food is so very fresh here. Highly recommend.

I was there to eat the food was great they do my special orders no problem then I was also the Uber driver to deliver food he enjoyed was great it was quick professional happy smiling people great management

This is one of the quickest drive-through McDonald's in the community. The food is always hot and fresh. The location at the corner of two major roads does make access difficult when it is rush hour. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend.

Workers were friendly we never get this also first time eaten at McDonald's in 3 years for me and 5 years for daughter. Chocolate pretzel McFlurry was really good. Fries and cheeseburger super fresh. No one was there when we pulled in, we parked and 8 cars showed up drive thru. Lot went from 2 cars to suddenly 20 cars. People follow us we create lines wherever we go! No photos we were hungry. Forgot to eat dinner last night we realized at 915 pm.

We go to this McDonald's every morning for a iced coffee and let me tell you Ms. K is an amazing employee. There is a Manager that works there he's was so nice can't remember his name though. I was trying to use my app for the iced coffee for $1 and it wasn't working and he gave me the iced coffee for free. The only employee I have an issue with is Debbie she's very rude and she lied to us this morning about not putting our stuff in the bag when my boyfriend clearly saw her do it and leave it on the counter and then tried blaming the manager for it. Other than that this McDonald's is great.

Kellymarie is always perfect! She fixes my order every morning! Always friendly and kind! Always gives right change and is fast with order taking and cashing out! Susan is an awesome lady always makes sure my food is correct! People like to complain on these reviews and dubs the store horrible but in reality most of them are just jerks keep up the good work!

It was a little busy around dinner time in the drive thru but they got us out pretty quickly. My order was correct, which doesn't happen often and everything was extremely fresh. Best McDonald's I've been to in a while.

This location is very clean. I visited after 11pm and the mgr on duty a gentleman named Josh was extremely helpful. I seen how he interacted with his staff and honestly he treats his staff with the utmost respect and is completely courteous in how he spoke to them. Not to mention the staff here are extremely knowledgeable about the entire man us and always willing to modify or fix any issues right away. Plus the store is almost clean enough to eat off the floors! Absolutely recommend this location

Even though I had an issue at the beginning of my trip to this McDonald's today, after I pulled out of the drive thru, parked and called the manager, the problem was resolved with flying colors!!!
Management was very kind, patient, polite and helpful with the issue. Unfortunately, I didn't get the managers name, but anyone who works at this location should be able to see who was working on this day @10:23am.
Me and my children only go to THIS particular McDonald's and on a regular basis. It is because of the OUTSTANDING SERVICE, PATIENCE, and KINDNESS that we started going to this McDonald's in the first place.
Other surrounding locations have either always serviced us with inedible food (cold or burnt), rude employees, extremely long waits or missing/incorrect products.
Even with the high customer volume, this manager handled the situation with professionalism and customer satisfaction in mind.
This will Remain the ONLY McDonald's we continue to go to and we Greatly Appreciate all of the employees and the above average service that we ALWAYS RECIEVE at this location!!
