Publix Super Market at Riverwalk Crossings

Best service we have ever received at a grocery store. The staff is super friendly in every department. They recognize us on our return visits. Staff work as a team and seem like a family.
We’ll be back next year!

I love this Publix! They always have what I need and the bakery department is amazing! I needed two different cakes inside of a month and both times the decorator exceeded my expectations with very little instruction on what I was looking for in terms of design.

Place was very clean staff was very helpful food at the deli was fresh and hot checkout was fast my only suggestion I could give here is for them to update their motorized carts either cart was very slow to the point where my wife would have to help by pushing from behind or I would alway seem to get the chair that went

Publix is always a great story to go into. It doesn't matter which one you go into. They are always clean and helpful

Publix is the king of supermarkets (at least in Florida) and this location is no exception. Their pharmacy is always very helpful and everyone on staff is super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you find stuff.

The deli makes very good sandwiches, and they were quick and made it just like I asked for

This plaza had a little bit of everything... Smoke shops, subway & a bunch of other little shops. I really liked it 😊

Not a bad store, Was clean and neat.

Stop by here every once in a while as I am passing rather than stop by the one closer to our house for the fact that everyone is super nice. Kody, along with everyone else in the Deli dept, is super nice. Not only do they work like family together, but they make you ("The customer!") feel like a friend as well. In addition, they are always there to help you with decision-making when you can not decide on what to get. Wish everyone in the customer service work field can be trained by Kidy & his team. Love seeing you guys! Be back soon for some more of your famous imported cheeses.😋😋😋

They had everything I needed, including cheese filled danish in the bakery. Great for breakfast, or a snack during your busy day.

First - best wings and subs from the Deli. This store is always clean and staff are always friendly. I rarely have to wait in line long and I don't have to check out myself :). My only issue is that it is PRICEY. But watch for BOGOs!

Just left the deli, I just have to say Matt has made the best sub ever!! Not only was he quick and friendly, but the ever roast sub that I get EVERY TIME somehow tastes 10x better!!

It’s very clean. They have good prices and a lot of helpful people. The Deli area slow because of being short staffed but if you order online ahead it’s so much quicker. I would advise to come before 12:00pm because it gets really busy fast. If you want your trip to be quick I would suggest coming before 10am. Overall experience was awesome.

Typical Publix. Publix is my favorite grocery store because the customer service is excellent. The stores are always clean and the employees are friendly. The best part about Publix is the consistency across the stores. It doesn't matter what city that you are in...you know that the local Publix is gonna be good no matter what. Personally, I wish the bakery was not right in the front. LOL Too tempting!!

Outstanding staff, so friendly and helpful. The produce is fresh and great seasonal assortment. Excellent choices in general store and freezer section. I only wish that there was still a button in the meat department about customizing size of meat selection. The cleanliness and stocking of shelves outstanding.
