Richard Mike and Rebecca helped me with some stuff today. Not my normal branch but they were great to work with and went out of their way to make me feel appreciated. Will definitely be back.

I love this branch everyone is super nice and helpful, I literally go out of my way to go to this branch, they try to know you as a person and not just a number, or bank account. I really have no clue how other people are saying they are not friendly I NEVER have had that experience.

Michael DiMarco is the branch manager at the Lutz Branch and he gives the highest level of service. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Branch manager does not hesitate to step up and help when the bank is busy.

Great Service! I'm always greeted by name by the manager. The tellers are always very pleasant.

The staff there is always attentive, responsive ans polite. Not sure who wrote these reviews but maybe they should look into the mirror from time to time

Used them to buy quarters

I can see why this branch only has 2.2 star reviews. They must have been sleeping during the customer service training. Karen refused to exchange my $20 bills for $100 bills because I would not give her my ID. This is a bank. People go to the bank for money. I am a long time customer at Truist. I guess they think they are one of the big banks now and can treat their customers with no respect.

I stopped in a few weeks ago and asked about maintenance charges I had, and I believe Danielle told me that she wasn't sure about the criteria to avoid maintenance charges, so she asked a guy for assistance, I wasn't sure of his title. He said he was busy, but would call me after looking it over. I waited a few days with no call, so I called and left a voicemail. It's now a few weeks later and I ended up calling another branch to get help.

Don't even try to call them they do not answer the phone. This is the last chance we are moving to TD bank. Problems after problems no solutions just your screwed and will have to wait to access your money. Employees have no idea what to do and fail to give any solutions.

This morning I went to make two deposits and in one on accident i put a wrong number, and the lady that assisted me expressed towards me very rude and impatient to make the deposit. That is not the service we need not deserve. I hope they make changes of this person who assistes other people.

Worst drive through ever. They don’t listen to your request and do whatever they want!
You have check and doble check that your transaction is the way you wanted it

Do not ever have their ATM machine reboot and eat your cash deposit because they will not issue a credit right away. You have to wait 3-5 business days. And told they are going to do a "memo credit" and they run into trouble doing it, you do not get a phone call. Very poor customer service! !!!

I can't even put into words how horrible the customer service is and how rude your teller is if I didn't have my mortgage with your dump bank Id close all my accounts what a horrible business with horrible people

Slowest bank I’ve ever experienced. I mean almost 45 minutes for a check to get cashed. Yo somewhere else and save yourself a lot of time

Worst bank I’ve ever been to, they don’t want to work with you. Go with another bank company! Safe yourself a headache

Every time to come to this branch it takes incredibly long to get service. I cashed a check and it took 15 minutes to get my cash.
