I totally recommend this store. I had few issues with the phone lines and 4 others store refused to help me out. However I ended up in this location and Austin was phenomenon he take care my issues fast. Thanks bro

Good service, exceptional customer service.ajor turn around in the last couple months due to new management, and it feels like a totally different environment. Now it's always inviting, everyone gets greeted as soon as they come through the door. Most phone 0laces just seem to always force you to buy things not necessarily wanted or needed and claim it's a mandatory 'bundle package' but here it really caters to specifically what the customer asks for. They Actually LISTEN TO YOU! Very impressed, if you live anywhere within a 30 mile range of this store and are a customer of Metro, I strongly recommend this location. Ask for the new store manager. He's awesome!

Came to metro to replace a phone for my husband and Nick and Angel helped me out a bunch and got me a great deal. They also transferred the contacts from the broken lg I had.

I love this location!!! I made a few trips there because my phone was a mess.I was able to get help from everyone.Austin and Angel were amazing.But a special shout-out to Shelby,she went out of her way to fix my service and walked out with a new phone which I love. I have been a loyal customer of Metro PCS for 11 years, with two lines on my account. Last week I went into the store to add a third line and was met by the store manager Nick. Nick went above and beyond to help me get the best phone and plan for my budget. Nick and his staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient when dealing with me and other customers. I 100% recommend this particular store!

Happened to stop in to metro in the village lakes shopping center and was helped by Angel and Nick and both reps were great. Not only did they help me get a new device, they took the time to help transfer my Info from my old phone and also got me an awesome deal on 2 new tablets. if you want great service come see Angel, Nick and Erika.

I had a huge problem with accessing my device and came into metro in land o lakes and was helped by the store manager nick. He not only had great knowledge for the products but also got me situated and I know have access to my email and favorite apps again. If you need help come see the village lakes staff and they will get you set up

Mike is always so helpful everytime I've gone there with an issue. The young lady with the fun pink hair was also SO helpful and pleasant in assisting us today with our phones. It was quick and painless.
