T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

This is the best store in Tampa Bay. The people that work there are super nice and knowledgeable. The store manager is awesome ( Rob Califano ) and makes sure all customers are taken care of in a timely manner. I would give them a 10 stars if I could!

Rob your amazing man I highly recommend this store Rob the manager helped me get access back to a phone that I haven’t had access to in a few months I had the slimmest chance of having T-Mobile Senior leadership turning it back on temporarily so I could get access back to my bank accounts social media photos and other important voicemails and information.

Once it was turned back on I had only a small window to get a number transfer pin having the phone been lost for months I had no access to the number anymore and Rob called support and got everything fixed for me I was out within 30 minutes flat and I’m so grateful to everything he did so so glad I could get the number ported out successfully. You rock man I will make sure that corporate gives you some major positive recognition for giving me Amazing service today.

Best experience I've had at a phone retailer. Everyone was friendly and engaging with the customers. They genuinely seemed to care about the customers and their experience. It was a very different feel than other retailers who come across as tech snobs who couldn't care less about the customers. Just real people helping other people get the best products for their needs. I highly recommend the team at Village Lakes Shopping Center. They were fantastic!

Saw the familiar pink flag at this location, went inside not knowing what to expect, wow was I surprised. Greeted promptly, kindly and with warmth yet no pressure. Dave took the best care of me. The BEST customer care ever!! I left this store with education and an amazing product. This is my new phone store, will not shop anywhere else. What a fantastic experience👍

When I arrived at the store I was expecting to wait being that we went in on Black Friday. When I entered the store I was immediately welcomed by the associate behind the counter telling me he would be right with me. After waiting for about ten minutes he came up and asked how he could help me. Long story short he was a great help, was very knowledgeable about all devices and plans. He was also very kind and patient. I was very pleased when I left the store after being taken care of by Dave. I wish all employees were as patient and kind like him. Thank you very much again Dave!

I was cautious going into the new T-Mobile store in Land o Lakes. I had only dealt with the corporate store on Fletcher. But after a couple of bad experiences there, I thought I’d give my new home town store a try. What a blessing. Victor, Nick and Mellisa could not have been more helpful. Patient, friendly, and all with a smile and helping hand. I bought a new phone and am glad my business stayed here in my own community. I will return and point my friends and family your way. The service at the T-Mobile in land o lakes was amazing. I worked with jordan and words can’t express how nice he was about setting up my new Apple Watch 4. I also worked with another gentleman that was nice too. I will not go to any other store. Thank you Jordan for your assistance:))))
