I had an issue with my warranty on a battery. Adewale Oduvale and David Lynch worked together on the issue and found a solution. They deserve five stars and to be recognized for excellent customer service skills.

They had a hose line that I could not find anywhere else. The line was for a 2008 Toyota Corolla. Great service and well stocked store. One of my favorite locations for auto parts.

They had what I needed and changed my wipers for me. They staff was very nice and helpful, good job.

Quick and efficient. And they accommodating my pregnancy by giving me a fan and chair as I waited for them to change my battery. Great customer service.

David was AWESOME!!!! My mother came in needing a new battery and from the beginning he was very polite, helpful and professional. By far the BEST experience we’ve ever had at an advanced auto. Whoever is the manager give David a raise!! :)

Great service. Can't remember his name, but a young Hispanic guy. He took his time and walked me through my needs and options. Was greatly impressed with his customer service. They also had a great selection of items to choose from.

Claire did a wonderful job helping me find the hex bolts for a brake caliper bracket. Exceptional service. Really recommend her for great service.

If it is an automotive item I need I always go to see Lyric. But just like her, George and the rest, even if it is super busy in the store, they have a smile and a great attitude to us dumb car owners and pretend mechanics! The prices are better than the store across the street and the selection is much better than their competitors!

Never had an issue with these folks. Been dealing with them for years. I recently used borrowed a tool on their free rental program - and it was very high quality.

They were crazy busy but super helpful and have amazing customer service. Overall, the store was clean and organized and had a great collection of products. The majority of the products were well stocked.

Never am issue, always honest. I sometimes ask them questions I already know the answer to, to see if they will be honest or not. They've never lied to me.
