Greg was awesome with great customer service. Today was his second day in training and he did a phenomenal job. His trainer who name I don’t remember was great as well. Great trainer stayed by Greg side assist and guide him with each transaction. Job well done Office Depot with both of those employees.

My shopping experience at Office Depot on North Cobb Parkway in Marietta, Georgia was even better than my previous visit. The printer Nikki ( Store Manager) had recommended exceeded my expectations. During the current visit, Nikki wowed me again with her expertise, availability, and willingness to answer all my questions!

Needless to say, I plan to continue shopping at this location even when it is not the most convenient.

It's my first time that i went to this kind of place, it was super chill and good experience with the customer service, very friendly and patient with my requirements to make a special print of paper for one gift. It's a huge store, the part of print services are really cheap but the rest of the store not too much. But I'm guarantee you that you gonna find all of office stuff that you're looking for.

I frequent this location practically every day for both business and personal use. This location is neat and well organized. Robert and his entire staff are top notch professional employees. They greet you with a sincere smile and they avail themselves to assist you. The shelves and the isles are well marked as to what merchandise is on the shelves and isles thus enhancing your shopping experience. Robert is the primary reason I frequent this location, because of how well and efficient it operates.

Excellent store, very clean, the owner was so helpful in showing us the chairs he had, went over pro's & con's To help us make the correct choice. Highly recommend this store. Dave

The store manager and his employees are courteous, professional and most important, customer oriented at this Office Depot in Marietta. The item I wanted was not available in the store, Mr. Zell, the store manager assisted me with online purchasing of the item (a gaming chair). The chair was delivered to my home on time, based on the delivery date promised. I paid to get the chair assembled at Mr. Zell's store in Marietta. The cost of assemble was much more reasonable than any online store (not naming the other stores I shopped) before deciding to use Office Depot. Mr. Zell had the chair assembled within one day as promised. I will continue to shop at this particular Office Depot and I recommend this store based on the excellent customer service I received.

I went to Office Depot on 9/28/2023 to return my new HP ENVY 6055e printer. It was constantly hissing and not scanning. I bought it online on 9/14/2023. I tried everything even working with HP Support, to no avail. After a couple of weeks, I decided to return it. I thought they would work on it and get it fixed. Didn't even think they would swap it out, but they did! I worked with the Sales Manager, Robert Zell, who was very informative and helpful! My new HP ENVY 6055e printer is not hissing, it's scanning and printing - like it's supposed to do! Thank you!

I had an issue placing my order online and was helped by Mariela today. She was very patient and professional. This store is typically timely and kind. Good location.

Angel and her colleague helped me to choose the correct toner for my printer and they were extremely kind and helpful

First and foremost I have to say how great Lauren's customer service was! She is awesome! I went in to get 25 color copies made and somehow I managed to screw up that simple task. Lauren helped get my copies made. I was halfway out the door when I decided to ask to see if I could get some menus made but I didn't have a hard copy with me. Lauren provided me with an email address I could send the PDF to and before I knew it I had 100 menus printed and tri folded. Just an overall pleasant experience. Keep up the great work! Thank you

I have very high regard for this Office Depot, the people are just very down to earth and helpful. I've never had any issues going here and I've been here 20-30+ times. Even the parking is easy. I wanted to give a shoutout to this place because they deserve it. I also appreciate being able to ship & drop off packages here. I feel the opposite about USPS, a place where I seem to always have some questionable experience. Which is remarkable considering this isn't primarily known as a mailing center like USPS. No question about it, I would prefer to ship from here than USPS and I mean it's not even close.

From online order to pick up, service was quick. I was truly impressed with the product and will definitely be a return customer.

This store always has what I'm looking for and the staff are actually friendly and helpful. Will be back again soon.

Bill, the manager of the store was amazing. He was so helpful and did everything he could to make things work well for us and try to save us money.

Reasonable price and the cashier is cheerful happy and very knowledgeable. Robert, the Manager is very kind too. He explained to me why I cannot use my $20 reward, it expires in Three months., expired already.

Management very knowledgeable and personally professional upon each visit. Staff very trained and pleasant. Store always greatly stocked and organized.
