Good customer service. They have good collection of high quality Beds, Sofa, Dining and Computer table.

I recently ordered furniture from Macys and I have to give it 5 stars. The sales person was excellent. He even called after the delivery to ensure everything went well. Everything was smooth and perfect.

I want to contrast my experience to other major "higher end" furniture retailers. I've had nothing but delays, damaged goods, and frustration from other retailers but my experience with Macy's was absolutely the best. I did have a couch from Macy's that lasted well over 10 years and I was very happy with it.

I went to this location on 01/27/2021. I went upstairs to the rug department and I was just looking around and sales consultant Jackie Floyd came out of no where to greet me. She was so amazing. I had no idea I was going to buy anything but w/ her help I was able to buy all the rugs I needed for my house. She was awesome. I wish I had more time b/c I would’ve also told her manager the same thing in person. I had a great experience a few days ago. I’d definitely return there for my furniture needs. Jackie was also not on the clock and still took the time out to help such an Indecisive person like myself. Perimeter furniture gallery is lucky to have her.

We came in to buy a sectional and couldn't have been more happy with the customer service we received from Jack Sides. He was was as gracious and helpful after the sale as he was during. We had to change our delivery date because of being out of town unexpectedly and he handled the whole change for us. I wish everyone I dealt with had the same great customer service skills as Jack.

Keith did a remarkable job listening to what we wanted, helping us find what would work based on our preferences, and locating all of the pieces we needed to complete our bedroom set. Our pieces were delivered on time in great condition. The set is of high quality and we couldn't be happier with our purchase and our experience.

It was not crowded, and everyone was masked. Chris was quite helpful and helped make this a good experience. There was a good selection of high quality bedroom furniture. We feel happy with our choices.

U can see the value in the Macy furniture. Furniture is a good value for money and not way overpriced. Have good service from some eager sales people. Has some good sales at holiday time. Delivery is actually competitive..

Really great customer service. Chris was very helpful so definitely look for him. There were a few pretty good deals here so take your time and look around.

Great location! Right in the perimeter mall. Customer Service was great the sales assistant allowed me to take as many pictures as I needed.
