Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I’ve been a Member of Tidal Wave Spa for over 3 years and I’ve used them from Atlanta, to McDonough and all around the Metro Atlanta area but I must say the one in Sandy Springs is by far The Best One I’ve visited by far. The facility was A-1 and the machines are excellent! I usually have to go over my rims and tires with separate towels because the other ones applied too much tire shine that would get all over my rims! At this location, I used one towel for all 4 tires and rims! Telvin was cool and gave me great service! I’ll never use another unless it a must!

Great place. I particularly like that they have compressed air. An employee named Larry assisted me. He was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I really appreciated his positive attitude and top notch customer service. Because of that, I will definitely be back.

This car wash is your usual drive through car wash with vacuums and cloths/spray to clean your interior. What makes this car wash 5 stars is the attendants. They go over and above to make sure you have everything you need to have a good experience. Tonight, my little girl got sick all over my backseat, and Jonathan was very helpful in making sure my mats were scrubbed and pressure washed by him while I ran the vacuum. He brought them back to me when he was finished and had the best and nicest attitude! Definitely worth the membership!

Huge shout out to John, he is always very kind. One time I didn’t know how to pop the hood on my truck bc I had just purchased it & needed to get leaves out from under my hood. He has the very same vehicle & was very helpful in showing me. Also the tire shine isn’t working properly so he always shines my tires for me after a wash. Overall he is a very friendly person. Thanks so much John!

I have hardly ever used a car wash. I usually just hand wash my car myself. However, I decided to give it a shot. I was greeted with such amazing professionalism and smiles. I was working with a gentleman named Xavion, whom was very helpful. He explained the Tidal Wave Auto Spa membership and helped me sign up. He even went the extra mile by asking people if they needed help. Thank you Xavion for such a fun experience!

I love this car wash franchise! I wish there more of them in Georgia!! Joe just helped me with putting my Sideview mirror back on, I think I cleaned it too hard lol but he was able to get me back right before hitting the road. I just knew that would be dangerous without my mirror so I'm so thankful he was able to help me. The workers are attentive and the vacuum area is great, clean, and usually all parts are working!

Don't usually use auto washes because they never do a good enough job ... There are always dirt spots where the brushes missed a spot or your tires are still dirty and the vacuums are always weak. Surprisingly though my car came out spotless and their vacuum worked really well. On top of that the staff was very helpful and went over and beyond to attend to my needs. Definitely going back.

Good and fast place, the personal it's really friendly and they usually has clean the areas. 100% recommend to do a express exterior detail for your car 👍

I have been a member of Tidal Wave since 2022. From my first day of arrival I never met an unhappy face. They are patient to explain any of my questions I may have and they check on me almost every visit. It seems they schedule really well and employees love working here. The equipment is on point and if not they do fix the problem quickly. Thank you Tidal Wave

I've been an unlimited wash member for several years and I've been to several different locations in multiple cities in GA. So far this location has the best customer service and the friendliest staff.

Great team, Keller has put together. I thought they were doing good before but now it's an inviting environment 100%of the time. You can tell the team takes pride in thier work. The car wash itself is by far the best in the area. You are supplied with nice towels and strong vacuums so the inside can be as clean and comforting as the outside of you car or truck.
Update.
My next visit to the Tidal Wave the welcomed me and gave me a blue shirt and hat. I wear them both about every day!

Absolutely received exceptional customer service from your entire staff and Roberto, Adrian, and Namaya, who truly went above and beyond. Roberto even gave me an air freshener which smells amazing! Everyone here is absolutely as friendly and as helpful as they come and they made sure all the bird poop and pollen were removed prior to going through the wash which made my car and tires look like new!! Your vacuums and towel stations are terrific and there is plenty of space. I can’t wait to return and receive the top notch customer service!! Keep up the great work!!!

Excellent service by Telvin! My car was very dirty from expressway travel in the rain and he went above and beyond to wash off the debris and prep before I ran the car through the wash.

Tidal Wave was Awesome!! Went late afternoon and Tire Shine still cane out Great on all 4 tires. Have experienced a couple of other car washes that keep missing the tire shine on the passenger side. Bonus- the vacuums were also still strong at the end of the day. Way to Go!

Best car wash in Marietta! Love their customer service. Pricing is also on point! They have double top and side brushes, the car always look and smell great. Happy to be a member!
