Can't say enough about this place, I came in to get vape oil and was explaining to the salesman the brand I had bought was cacausi me headaches and hyperactivity, he was extremely knowledgeable and informed me I had been buying a synthetic non natural brand that didn't even contain cbd andacould be harmful and sold me an all natural cbd oil and what a difference! Headaches gone helps reduce back pain and I'm sleeping better than I ever have. I had been to 2 smoke 911's prior and they didn't have a clue about the product and their brand has no information on source or quality. Only coming here from now on.

Bailey and Marcus were super helpful and gave us good suggestions on products we were looking at. Very friendly and enthusiastic and added fun to the whole atmosphere of the place. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Walked into the store with one clerk and myself being the only people there. Made some small talk that was greated with a stone face. OK. Store is large with inventory spaced out. I asked for the section I was looking for, and it was right beside the counter. I didn't see the "section" because there were 5 choices total. Now, im right in front of the counter, and not even within arms reach of a single product. The clerk steps over to be even closer, drops what he's working on, and is just staring at me. Keep in mind I'm not close enough to ANYthing to even touch. Feeling a little annoyed and definitely creeped out, I said I had to think about it. Saying this on my way out, I watched him make a obvious display of checking the phone I had in one hand, and my keys in the other. Settle down homie, same thing In my hands when walking in and talking to you. I never touched a product, or even walked close enough. Wanted to make my purchase there for convenience, but after that I spent $50 elsewhere. Great job protecting the tiny inventory you have. Employees don't even let a SALE get out the door.
