The Home Depot

By far the best Home Depot I've shopped at. Caroline in Customer Service and Coleman O'Connor absolutely deserve a promotion and a substantial raise. Businesses should seek out employees such as these and take care of them. When I first signed up for a Pro X ID account the person helping me accidentally made a typo in my email which became a horrendous disaster where I could not even make a purchase online because it wanted to verify my email first which was incorrect. I have been to at least three different Home Depots and asked probably more than eight different individuals to help me with this problem and everyone gave me the same answer that I needed to call corporate because they could not help me. Caroline and Coleman actually took the time to listen to my problem with my account and in just a few minutes they were able to correct the problem now everything is groovy. I am not sure why no one else took the time to help me but if I go back to this Home Depot and Caroline and Coleman do not have a raise I will just stop shopping here altogether. Too many businesses under value their star employees and I hope management takes this seriously.

Alfred in appliances was phenomenal, he was super knowledgeable and helped me walk through my photo. Showing me what I needed to buy to hook up the part and only sold me on what he knew I needed. He was super helpful, can’t thank him enough!

We came in to pick up a ceiling fan and a new Christmas inflatable. The one we wanted was not in the bin when a young man named Chudaun came by. He went over and beyond to find it in the store for us and we are so thankful he did. Best customer service ever in this store!!!

Maggie in the paint department is very knowledgeable. She provided us with so many insights and shortcuts/tricks to paint ceilings and walls like a professional. Best customer service.

I took the survey given to me with my receipt but didn't notice the spot to compliment the lady who helped me checking out. Her name was Mohini and she was so very helpful and polite. I just wanted to give a shoutout to the store on their employees, especially Mohini

Honestly depend on this place as my "go to" for home repair, improvement, etc. Not sure what I'd do without them and a lot of us are in that boat. Yeh, there are times something might cost less somewhere else but mostly this place has decent prices I appreciate that reliability.

Had a tool Lowes didn't for removing crimp clamp for pec lines. Made my life easier.

Brock in the lumber department was tremendous he was very eager to help me over the phone and locate a product. I was worried they did not have it Brock found the product quickly and held it for me at the pro desk. Very good experience.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I haven't had any problems at this location over the years, and getting in and out quickly is easy.

The parking lot situation can be precarious at times. The contractor entrance/pick up forces traffic to the outside. Overall a bad a design.

I ordered online to do curbside my order was filled within 20 minutes the young lady who brought my order out very nice and polite well mannered great experience

Make sure you go visit Bobby “AKA” Mr.Somebody, the best flooring specialist. He’s a hard worker and he knows his $h¡+. We appreciated his help tonight and the customer service he provided to fellow Home Depot customers! Thank you, Bobby!

With the millions of order fulfillments HD delivers daily, it is astounding. Best prices, deliveries, etc, etc. One of my favorites.

COVID update:
Picked up supplies for a Mother's Day project. Store was up and functional, be sure to check updated hours on Google. Store was pretty empty compared to normal, but still many shoppers. Most employees had masks on. Checkout lanes are mostly Self-Checkout, by Home Depot staff are nearby to help. Good job adjusting to the circumstances!

We received excellent service from Chad in the paint department.

Home Depot at marketplace Boulevard is a wonderful place to shop. The pro desk guys are really knowledgeable Eric Darrell even the parking lot attendant. Matt are super friendly and will help you at a minutes notice.
