For my small business, OfficeMax has been perfect for everything I've needed to keep my office stocked and fully functional. My purchases have included pens, printer ink, post-it pads, paper, staples, some furniture, stamps, envelopes, and even my official notary stamp!

I really like this store and its staff. Parking is a breeze and the location is prime!

Staff was very helpful assisting me in the self-serve copying/printing area. I wanted them to cut my prints using their cutter versus me doing it, which I’m sure would not turn out well. She was more than happy to help & I was happy to pay for the service.

I went in there, not knowing what I was doing with the scanning and emailing and also I picked up some Dunkin’ Donuts coffee pods that were on sale. The associate Arlene was so helpful and patient. It is nice to have knowledgeable friendly employees!

It's a great store at super clean. The staff that works there is knowledgeable and very polite. They had some really great deals and some items. I went there for envelopes. I felt like those were a little bit overpriced.

We were delighted with Courtney’s service today. We had called ahead to find out about a service we needed just shortly before store was closing. She greeted us at the door, walked us to the area we needed and helped us complete our transaction. She was all smiles & never once made us feel rushed, and we got with 10 minutes to spare.

Changed from Staples after my store closed. I am going the same or better service. The store is much closer to my home and close to other store I shop.

Although I LOVE this store and are a frequent customer, I’m super disappointed with the customer service on hand during the day time, yesterday a young man helped me with my purchase, for my podcast, then today I came in to return the lamp that was defective and met with a very disgruntled for no apparent reason DOUG, I mean, I’ve worked in Customer Service for Over a Decade, and I don’t understand not checking your attitude at the door. Especially at such a generous company that offers benefits and PTO once accrued value for working has taken place. Just wanted any one who looks over the business to get a small insight as to the attitude that runs the store.

Had personnal Christmas cards made, Arlene was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.

I find all my items for my home and office at Office Depot. The selection is better than i've seen elsewhere. The prices are good and the sales and coupon incentives make me stay with Office Depot as there is no comparison that i have seen. Good online shopping as well as in store personnel.

The store associate was very patient and helpful to me on the phone and made sure my printing order was placed correctly. When we picked up our order, we were pleased to see that the print job turned out beautifully and was completed in a timely manner.

Arlene was the only cashier and she handled 2 registers at the same time. She was great!

They're local, the finally have stock, and they are competitive with Amazon. These days, even with Prime, you just never know when something is going to arrive. So, many times I drive 5 minutes to the local Office Max. Problem solved.

I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the (I believe) Assistant Manager, Ms. Arlene Riggs. I also purchased a year-long service contract, which I renewed a couple months ago...this, for any consultation needed re: my computer and tech services. I'm pleased with their ability to handle just about anything!

I was in a rush to scan and copy and the guy at the print desk actually came over to the self-serve and did it for me!
