Texas Roadhouse

I give a 5 start because of the floor manager named Hope . We were sat earlier tonight at 8:30pm and did not receive our food until almost 9:50pm with 3 out of our 5 plates being wrong and having to be sent back . We had a small party of 5 . Our waitress Monica was great to begin with , then all of a sudden disappeared multiple times without returning. I get it everyone has off days , but communication is key , all she had to do was communicate with us and let us know and we could have and would have been more understanding …

update……just had dinner again here and what a huge difference in my experience. The waitress was probably the only nice thing. We were there for over 2 hours with a toddler. They kept just bringing everyone more bread. The steak was well done (not med rare) and it was cold. The shrimp was so dry we had to soak in in the butter for a minute to make it edible. Also..why do you need 4 separate people to get you to your table? Seems like a waste of employee time. 1/15/23

It was a busy place. They took our name and phone number at the door and told us it'd be a 20-30 minute wait. However, we were given a number within 5 minutes and then went inside to wait to be walked to the table. While waiting in line, we were able to watch the process of bread being rolled out and cut before being baked and also the steaks being readied and cooked on the grill. Ella was our waitress and took good care of us. It took a good bit to get our food, but the food was great.

Texas Roadhouse was outstanding! The staff greeted us warmly like we had just stepped into a friend’s home. They seated us promptly and our server was also wonderful! She was prompt and always kept an eye out for us despite being extremely busy. Cant wait to go back!

Awesome service and staff! Friendly, quick and on it!! Great food! Only odd thing was the bar could not make any "virgin" drinks? Strange as I was the DD, and wanted a Bloody Mary except for the booze part! Did I mention the waitress and staff were awesome!

I just came in to eat on November 1st, 2023! I ordered a medium well steak with shrimp, loaded baked potato with a salad! The food was absolutely amazing! My server was a gentleman with manners, kindness, and care for the customers! He was so polite! I absolutely enjoyed my dinner tonight a long with the awesome host and my waiter!! Texas Roadhouse you guys rock!!!! Happy Holidays! I will be back!!! Oh yeah and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean and smelt good!!! Great job!!!

The food was excellent! Service was great. The parking lot was full when we arrived, but we only had to wait about 25 minutes on a Saturday night, not bad at all!

I cannot stress enough how wonderful our server Jeanne did tonight. She was so patient with us and our two year old who was just bonkers tonight. She took the time to talk to her, to relate to us as a family, and was just amazing overall!!

Ok so my wife wanted a to go cup for her alcohol drink Mgr came up gave her real attitude snd then told her it's against the law
Which I looked up it isn't if it's against your company policy thrn say that.

Texas Roadhouse is a great place to eat. Their steaks are very good. My mom & I was going to eat but there was a 25 min wait. We just couldn't wait that long.

I went on a Friday night and had to wait about 30 minutes. I will say the table I got sat at was dirty and the people who got sat across from, their table was also dirty. Beside from that the food was delicious. I would 100% go back.

I don't eat out often, but when I do have the hunger for a steak this is my go too. Never once has my steak (my favorite, 8 ounce Dallas filet) not been cooked perfectly, medium rare, nice crust on the outside, hot pink center. Service has always been great, sometimes there is a wait, but what does anyone expect when they are slammed, wall to wall. Keep up the good work, my only complaint is... you are not open for lunch during the week.

The music was very loud. Other than that it was an epic experience. Everybody their understood of the meaning of the word hustle. The shift manager was on the floor. Nobody was wanting for anyting. As for the steak I have to say that was probably the best restaurant steak I've had since covid. I don't mind paying a little extra for a steak that's large and properly prepared. Look at the size of that thing!!

Great service every time! Lots of choices, great steaks with good flavor. My usual order is a steak, house salad with ranch dressing and mac and cheese!

It was pretty crowded for Monday at 7pm, but our server was great, the food was good. I have discovered a new place for a good bowl of chili. Steak was very good.

My wife and I ate at this location earlier in the summer with our three children, all 6 and under. We had our hands full with them, especially with the restrooms being out of order and temporary restrooms being located outside in the parking lot. After our wait for food, we started eating and it was just our luck that our daughter wanted to go to the restroom. Our server noticed this, came over and offered to escort her out to the restroom while we tried to eat a few bites in peace. We were so thankful for that kind gesture. I don't remember that young lady's name, but we remember her face and that she was from Louisiana. That's customer service on a level I've never seen, so kudos to her!

very delicious food cooked to perfection served on time a nice and very cozy place I like very much the detail of the peanuts on the table and delicious entrees but the best in my opinion 20oz. bone-in ribeye.
I recommend them a lot of good service.
