Great place for to buy a car. . I recently moved to the area after starting a new job(got a great promotion). I haven’t purchased a car in a long time and was unsure of how to go about it. Most dealerships have an overt awkwardness due to sales associates being overly aggressive. But one of the associates, Keith Vincent, saw me when I came in and helped ease me into process. He was very accommodating and walked me through the selections and was very patient with my process. We had a test drive and a nice conversation. He worked with me the right up until the moment of working out a deal. I was able to find something I really loved within a reasonable amount of time and price range. He was respectful of our time and had things ready and waiting for us. No sitting around for hours being offered snacks to pass the time. We wanted a car from another location in the Hendrick network and he handled the transfer and process seamlessly. This is the kind of experience that makes one come back.

I definitely wanted to talk about what an excellent job Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Buford did. The dealership did an outstanding job. My initial contact was with CJ he was very professional and handled everything with perfection. My initial phone call with CJ was looking for a specific Camaro that this dealership had. He let me know it was available. I put a deposit on it and I made the trip from Detroit to Atlanta to get this car. Everything he did was very smooth and made me feel comfortable enough to actually buy a car out of state. Next was Zach the manager made things even smoother and even picked me up from the airport. That's service something you don't see much anymore. I had a pretty decent conversation with Zach on my ride from Atlanta airport to the dealership and this guy definitely deserves a raise. Good people today are hard to find and he didn't need to offer or even pick me up to make the transaction smooth. I bought a car. Nowhere is there any training that says you need to pick a customer up from the airport and get him on the road quickly. But he did exactly that. So hopefully management looks at this and appreciates what he did to sell a car. Last Hector in financing also did a great. If I'm looking for a car that's hard to find up in Detroit I will reach out to these guys

The Rick Hendrick dealership in Buford is where you should go if you want a hassle free experience. I was in and out in no time and got what I wanted. In addition, I saved more than what I calculated in my note book. Yes I said NOTEBOOK. I had notes for each car I was interested in and was ready for any slick talking salesman. I had the car fax, recalls, pros and cons of each vehicle. I just wanted to see each vehicle in person.

Damon Sanders made the process and experience enjoyable and saved me some money. He did not pressure me into anything that I did not want and we looked at several cars to make sure I was happy with my final selection. We walked the entire lot and he was very patient with me as I rated the cars.

Buying a vehicle is a big investment/decision and Damon entertained me & my notebook lol. Honestly, I think with all my notes I could of sold him a car that day lol 😉. Everyone was nice at the location and it was clean and pleasant.
