Had a wonderful time at this location. Had a minor issue that was fixed quickly and left me very satisfied. Tin is a great manager. Highly recommend the blooming shrimp and wedge salad.

Not only was the food great! It was so nice to get service over and beyond, from our server, Jenn. In a day where service is lacking in the restaurant industry, Jenn reminded us how high end service is . She was very attentive, pleasant, and helpful.
Couldn't have asked for better.
And in a day where prices are going up, and portions are going down, Outback has gone the extra mile, and met price problem they have encountered, but kept the generous portions .
Way to go outback, and Jenn!

We lunched here, expecting a normal franchise restaurant experience. Much to our surprise, we were delighted by the food, service and overall experience.

Jennifer, our server, gave us 5-star attention. Delightful! My dad and partner had some specific requests, and they were meticulously addressed. Just outstanding!

For about the price of a fast food lunch, you can get a MUCH BETTER meal.

It had been a long time that I had been in an Outback Steakhouse. The atmosphere was clean, the reception was very friendly, the food was delicious and well seasoned. The server took time to check on us and keep our glasses filled. We gave in and had dessert, too. The wedge salad is something I will go back for weekly.

First time at this location and the food was stellar. Joe was so attentive and friendly during our visit. Such a nice person he made our evening so much better! He answered all our questions about food items and made some good recommendations
Clean Resturant and sat quick too.
The Boomarita Flight was so good !!

Kelsie, was a wonderful server. Our food was prepared exactly like we wanted it. It came to our table with great timing.
Loved her smile as she waited on us.

I’ve never been to Outback until today. The coconut shrimp was probably the best I’ve ever had! Our server April was fantastic and very attentive, she made sure everything was good and kept our drinks filled while we had our dinner. The blueberry lavender lemonade was AMAZING. I’ll definitely come here again!

Edit: Sami and Melissa are the best! Will always come to this location :)

My company had lunch at the Gainesville, GA location today, and everything was so wonderful. Our waitress was Jennifer, and she was phenomenal!!!! Even though we were a somewhat large group, she was very attentive and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire time. We also never had to ask for refills, because she had them ready before we even had a chance to ask. Our orders were all correct, and the food tasted great. We definitely had a very pleasant experience, and will be back soon!

Came here for my 37th birthday and Jenn was an amazing server. She made the whole experience even more magical. The food was perfect. It was just so nice. Will be back. Best Outback in North Ga

Everything was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. Kenny was our server and absolutely went above and beyond. The food was amazing and the service was phenomenal! We will definitely be back soon!

Our waiter Jasper was amazing as well as all of the food. Large portions all cooked perfectly!! Everyone was courteous and friendly. If you're in the area and hungry for a steak, I highly recommend dropping in and giving them a try!

We were going to another steak restaurant down the road but they didn’t want to admit our party of 13. We called this location and they were more than happy to make room for us. Our server Joe was funny, attentive, and overall made our night. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. Big thanks to Tim the manager, Joe, and all the amazing staff for making our family feel welcomed and for making it a wonderful birthday dinner.

Jasper took care of us and was so fast to respond! And Tin was an absolute dream of a manager, got ahead of things before they even needed to be asked and was immediate to care for people's individual requirements! Will come back for Tin's service again!

The best outback location! I come here every time I donate blood and the food and service is always amazing! Their Chili is amazing and has steak chunks in it which is way better than the ground beef that other locations use. All the servers are great, but Jenn and Tin are amazing! I will continue to come here frequently for a long time!

Arial was my server and she made sure my meal was perfect and that I had everything I needed. Her steak recommendation was perfect. She was very attentive to me and others she was serving while still meeting all of our needs.

I overhead the customers behind me with their server John, who I found out is also a manager. He was kind and gracious to the customers.

The steak was, over the top, delicious.

Always good. Today, we had the Queensland Chicken and Shrimp Pasta with Alfredo sauce, but instead of chicken, we requested double shrimp. The waitress was very obliging and told us that the pasta is sometimes a little dry, so we might want extra sauce. So we did as she suggested and received a very large bowl of the Alfredo sauce. The dish was delicious with just a little heat to it. Pasta dishes do not come with a side dish, but there is so much in this bowl that we had plenty to take home for a second meal. We will order this dish again.
Our other dish was the sirloin and baked potato with the side salad, dressing on the side. You can not go wrong with a steak at Outback. The order was for medium, and it was perfect. No sauce was needed as the seasoning used was delicious and brought out the robust flavor of the beef.
Our orders were accurate, timed perfectly between courses; the bread was plentiful; we did not get low on drinks, and our waitress did not hover or interrupt too often. We will return.

So first off our server was ok very nice and did her job so no big deal there. I am leaving a comment because I had order my steak with some cream and shrimp on the top and when they brought it to me it didn’t have the stuff. Before I could complain the manager came out and apologized that it didn’t come with it and they ran the food out by accident so they brought the sauce in a separate bowl. It take a lot of guts I guess to admit the wrong and a great eye to catch it right away. I will definitely come back here and the staff and manager are great people very polite and helpful. Thank you for a great visit. I was heading to Texas Roadhouse but they didn’t open until 3:30pm so I went here instead but I’m glad I did. Me and my friend will definitely come back here our steaks was cook to perfection just the way we asked. Our server did her job unlike most restaurants where they forget to refill your drink.

Ashley was fantastic, made the experience the best we have had in a while. I find that the service is as important as the food and environment and food here and service was very good. Thank you Ashley for going the extra mile. Enjoyed it and you have great voice.

We call out negatives so much in the world, we need to shout out the great experiences too. Stopped in for dinner tonight, had Joe as a server. Seriously, probably the best service I've had from someone in years. He was friendly and attentive without being overly so, which is in my opinion just as bad as being ignored. The food was exactly as ordered, I could not have asked for a better experience.

I want to give a big shout out to Joe our waiter! He did a fantastic job! He was very Attentive and made sure we were always okay! I love his personality! He does so well at his job!
