AT&T Store

i came in wanting to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T! i did not have the intention that everything i was wanting was happening that day. but with my Store Rep who helped me, she made everything so easy and simple and i got to upgrade to my dream phone, the plan that was best for me, and made sure all ties were cut from T-Mobile as much as she could! I could not be any more pleased with the service!

We had a great experience while upgrading our phones at this center. Special thank you to Jack Phillips for his excellent support. We look forward to coming back soon for our next purchase from your store.

The store associate was very helpful one more time to get my watch set up with the new iPhone. Overall had a good experience with the staff and the way I was treated.

I traveled far to come to this store specifically after a recommendation from a family member. My experience with Gary was extremely pleasant, professional and enjoyable. He was patient answering my “simple” questions. There were many stores I could have gone to but this experience was top line! Thank you ATT for restoring my confidence in your customer service! I had a warranty issue with my Samsung phone and was assisted by Gary Grimes. Gary went above and beyond to assist me through avenues available to him. He was attentive and pleasant throughout the ordeal. AT&T is lucky to have him.

This was the best experience. I really appreciate all the team members at this store. My salesman was Mike. He treated me with kindness and respect more importantly he helped me to find the exact products and plan that was right for me. I was originally at the Verizon store and I am glad I chose to come over to AT&T. You will not regret shopping here.

I bought a new iPhone 14 & I've had the hardest time switching my data over from my old Samsung. Not only was TK my representative very helpful and professional but he treated me like family. He also taught me about something i had no idea about. I can have two lines on my 1 cellphone. I was able to merge my business and personal line in one phone and not carry two phones. He didn't have to do this not educate me on my options.. but he was very helpful in a short amount of time he saved me so much work and stress i didn't expect to be free of. Thank you At&t and especially this store for having such fantastic help.

I was in and out within 40 minutes ordered new service. Brad was my salesperson. He understood what I wanted and provided exactly what I asked without trying to upswell me. I’m very happy with AT&T.

When I tell you this location has the absolute best team working there!! I walked in frustrated completely with the new phone I received the day before via UPS. I wasn't getting texts nor e-mails. Tyler greeted me, and asked me what was the issue, I shared it with him, he immediately signed me in, I saw Cam about 15 minutes later and was in and out of the store within 45 minutes. Customer services at it's best! Tyler made sure I got the phone I wanted and Cam ensure everything worked before I left the store. My husband and kids are soon in need of an upgrade to their phone and Tyler and Cam will be who I will be asking for.

I went into this store to add a line onto my business account and the store rep was amazing! He ran into a bit of difficultly because customer service flagged my account and hung up on him. Not once did he lose patience, instead he walked over to his store manager, who by the way was ever so wonderful, and they took the time to help my husband and I diligently. The store manager Tyler I believe was his name went above and beyond calling everyone he had to just to get my account back in order! AT&T says they love to help and honor black business but it’s all lies! The people behind the scenes don’t really care but the ones working in the store, they care wholeheartedly! If AT&T keeps playing and not appreciating their workers, I’ll go back and employ them myself! They both deserve a raise and a promotion! I have never ever been serviced by a store rep and manger that cared so much! They forever have a customer and loyalty from my husband and I !

Brad gave us an outstanding service today. He had all the skills any customer would like when needing help. He was very patient and detailed with everything. Brad, stayed an hour after close to help us set up our phone. Even though we bombarded him with many questions he remained very patient with us. Furthermore, he was very polite and informative through out the entire service. Brad definitely deserves a promotion. Thank you for such a great experience!

Tyler (Mgr) was exceptional helpful and professional. Not only did he assist me in quickly resolving my issue with a broken phone, but he took the initiative to look at my current wireless plan and find a better one for me! Dealing with a broken phone is usually a nightmare, this experience was the complete opposite. I highly recommend this location and will be coming back for any other service needs I have.

Leaving a review is not something I usually do but in this case I feel this store and these guys really deserve it! The store manager John Kim went above and beyond all that I asked. He really exceeded all of my expectations!! He helped me find the perfect phone despite my lack of tech knowledge. He knows his stuff!! Hes honest with you and up front about everything. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Im really happy I chose to walk into this store. When the time comes for a new phone I will be back!!

I had the greatest to be served by Michael yesterday. His knowledge of the products, his patience and good nature contributed to me taking the time to purchase the new device I needed and add another line. This was my first time out of the house since March for a transaction of the sort. It was well wort it. Michael practiced safe distancing and we both kept our mask on. I give him an A for service and will go back to him for my sister’s phone. THANK YOU MICHAEL P

First let me say that during the week I called customer care to cancel a line and upgrade my phone. Alfred was very nice and gave me good service and information on some promotions. However he could not complete the transaction. He left it to be completed by another person who called me back. The cost was very different from my previous conversation and the whole thing was a waste of time with no call back. That’s why I went in person.

The gentleman at the store was very helpful, professional and friendly. Was a little disappointed the iPhones we wanted were not in stock but one of them have already been shipped. Could not beat the new deals AT&T has going right now.
