Went here after I couldn't get help at Walmart. Staff was very helpful and walked me through my purchase. Wasn't pushy and they had what I was looking for at a better price.

Great experience with the Apple authorized service at Best Buy today. It turned out to be a minor issue with my phone, They saw me exactly at my scheduled appointment time, correctly diagnosed the problem in minutes, and had it fully corrected in only a couple minutes more. I was out the door in probably 15 minutes total - with a fully operational phone. Perfect!

of my pictures from my phone to Usb. Nolan from Geek squad was very professional and kind.
He gives me even little leson so I can do this myself in the future.

Bought an Open box TV which said it had everything, well it was missing the stand and remote. I brought it to their attention and they went above and beyond to make it right. I have been using microcenter for all my electronic purchases but after this experience I’ll be giving Best Buy another shot.

I don't have any complaints from my last visit, had to get a phone a few weeks ago and this very nice guy was very helpful git me the phone I was looking for, it wasn't the color I wanted bit that wasn't his fault he helped me get the phone I wanted my case and cover and helped me with the right insurance and which one was best for me then I had to go back for a screen protector because mine was damaged and the same guy helped me that day. He got me in and out with great service in no time, the longest time I had to wait was waiting on my pick up and he even went and got that and checked it out and put it on. Highly recommend.

Gainesville store is much bigger and has a lot more merchandise to choose from.
For a Sunday it was not busy got in and out in a flash. Helpful people.

Had ipad problems and their Geek Squad handled it quickly and smoothly.

I came here a couple of weeks ago to find something that would get my restaurant operating through a hotspot. I needed the power cord for it and after going back and forth trying to find the right kind, the most wonderful man helped me buy exactly what I needed. Thanks to William, I was able to prevent all of the credit card transactions on my card readers, from being deleted. Hence costing my store thousands.

Brought a cute little tablet to take notes on and Duo the children. Was inexpensive @ $115. Well worth the price.

Employees were very helpful & friendly. I couldn't find what I came there for but with some help I was able to find it. The young lady used her device to see if the item was in stock then we were on the hunt. Overall, I was in & out in less than 15min.

All the staff here was incredibly polite and helpful. Don't normally even waste my time reviewing large stores like this one. But all the excuse me's and may I help you and just good people was impressive.
