They redid the store and it looks a lot better. Staff was very kind but somehow they ran out of helium 😰😰😰.

Balloons were still full price and I had to pay $5 each to fill them at Publix 🤦‍♂

I came in looking for party supplies for a Christmas party at my work. I was greeted by some nice workers up front. One person stopped what they were doing and walked me to the items I needed and even suggested things that would be great for the party like party favors and things like that. The remodel is looking great! Will be back for my next party supply needs.

Wow. Super busy today when we went for a last minute item for Halloween. Nice staff even under the circumstances. Checked item online and sure enough, they had what we were looking for. Party City saved our child's malfunctioning costume. Thank you!

I had a great experience last night when I went in looking for something no other stores seemed to have. A store associate asked how she could help and she went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for while keeping my little one entertained and happy. I was really impressed. Then at checkout our cashier was very nice and friendly. I was also impressed of the choices for party gear i finally found the army stuff i needed for my son's party.

My GF and I finished the Gender Reveal party selections here. What we didn't find at other places, were here. One thing that caught my eye and oh course I purchased it, a Belgium Chocolate, (shaped as a Champagne bottle) filled with pink or blue marshmallows. Balloon pops are good, but something different is what we were going for. There's a large selection, so much to choose from, at affordable prices. We got the rest of our list filled here and we're going to make it fun for my son and his baby momma. 😁
We even found stuff to make it fun for the family members and her little boy.

Amazing customer service. Every staff member that I asked a question to, was very quick to respond and lead me to the right place. Very knowledgeable. I found everything I needed. Definitely will be back for my next party needs. Great job, Party City employees, you've won me over.

Great store with many options for Halloween and so many other parties. It's a little hectic sometimes around the holidays so make sure to get in early for whatever you need.

David is a miracle worker! I've been in pain for months with a glute issue that forced me to pull out of marathon training. Finally got in to see David and I can say that for the first time in months... I'm pain free! YAY!!! I will continue my therapy with him as I want my body to perform at peak level. I highly recommend him!

Great selection BUT they’re missing BIRTHDAY Halloween party stuff. Kids have October birthdays too!

Yes try them great stuff, but pay attention when you pay for your merchandise and your change because some of them can't count
