My experience with Honda Lou Sobh was pretty great! They listened and were attentive and answered my questions when needed. As a first time car buyer this experience is hard to compare because I don't have anything to compare it to but overall a great experience!

Friendly, quick and as painless as possible. We drove from Tennessee to purchase a car because they had the color we wanted, but when it comes time to buy again, we know we are coming back. No surprises to the price on the window. We got there, looked at cars, test drove it, talked about it and left with it. Easiest experience ever. We will come back when it’s time to buy again. We were loyal Nissan buyers, having bought a brand new 2017 Altima and then a brand new 2020 Sentra…. From the same dealership. Were is the key word. They kinda forgot about our loyalty. So here we are, Honda people now.

I worked with Shelby Krug and she made the experience incredibly smooth.

I spent a couple of hours on and off in text with her one day going over the make, model, and trim level of what I wanted, as well as getting some quotes and working out a comfortable down payment and monthly cost. She was able to get me multiple quotes as I went back and forth on how I wanted to do it.

Once I made a decision she got a bit of information from me and sent me a quick financial form for me to fill out to get the approval moving early.

Once I actually stepped foot in the dealership I was able to get through the entire process in a little over an hour and a half and drive home with my new car. The process was completely painless and quicker than any car purchase I have made in the past! Shelby was incredibly helpful and friendly, I feel like I was able to make an informed choice and she has reached out since my purchase to make sure I am happy and enjoying my new car, as well as make sure I knew she was available to help if I ran into any problems.

Very attentive, courteous, informative, and professional! I didn't have an appointment and it was 1 PM, but they quickly met with me and determined how they could quickly meet my needs. They have an efficient process of having the service advisor accept the payment, which speeds up the service conclusion. We moved from NC and Apple Tree Honda is also exceptional in their quality of service! Honda is the way t go!

We were dreading the used-car buying process and had already had some less-than-pleasant encounters with other dealers around Atlanta. We found a car advertised on AutoTrader at Lou Sobh Honda that was within out budget and fit all our criteria, so we set up a test drive. We worked with JW who was amazing!! He let us do a thorough inspection (all the buttons, windows, doors, engine bay etc), test drive it on the highway, and also printed the Carfax and service records for us without us having to ask for it. When going over the price, I brought up that the online advertisement for this car said the dealer fee was included in the advertised price, and he got it taken off without any fuss. Other dealers we've been to have had that forced-niceness that wears off when you say you need time to think it over...But that wasn't the case here! The whole time JW was just great to work with--kind, honest, and genuine. He gave us time to privately discuss and decide what we wanted to do, and we never felt pressured. Because the car was new on the lot, it had just been serviced but not yet detailed, so he had a quick cleaning done and put in our contract that we were entitled to one full car detailing, and also filled the gas tank for us! The finance guy Nick was also very personable and easy to work with. Really appreciate that there was no fee for paying cash like there is at some other dealers. Overall, it was a great experience--which is really saying something when it comes to car shopping. Thanks JW!!!

We had the best experience with James Nasser from sales. He was helpful, friendly and was NEVER pushy. We searched for cars all day and stopped to look at the new pilot because of him taking the initiative to stop and help us in the rain and offer us a look inside the car and a test drive is the only reason why we bought our Honda. Service manager met me outside of the service department as it was full with cars. He got me checked in promptly and the my truck was completed in less than an hour. I was provided a veteran discount which was greatly appreciated.

I never have any complaints when I leave this place. They have the best customer service. I just love the way the service rep name Heather that I always deal with treats and handle me. It’s her patience, kindness, knowledge and helpful spirit. Overall just great service.
