Was in the Stables this morning for a bit of help with an item. Excellent service. Very clean shop and great hours. Will shop again.

I was in need of color photo copies with some enlargements.
Jennifer in the Print Department could not have been more professional and knowledgeable in assisting me. She listened to my needs, was fast and efficient and seemed to genuinely “like” being there. July 19, 2023

Great place to pick up whatever you need for the office

The employees were very helpful with all of my needs. The copy center guy was very helpful there and out on the floor. David was amazing. Not only did he help me find the things that I needed, but he also carried my purchases out to the car.

Had 5 copies made of my grandfather's roots that's a book size. A couple hours later I had them all in my hand. Well done! And the price was right. Thank you James & jerrica

This is a great store! I’ve always had an excellent experience at this Staples. The manager and associates are very friendly & helpful without being pushy.

The staff was amazing! My husband and I are just starting our own business and had so many questions about printer ink, paper, and even file folders. The staff was friendly, attentive to my blundering, and extremely knowledgeable and the products I was looking for. Excellent experience! I will definitely be back!

Excellent. I went to the store to pick up what I had purchased online. The manager Robert was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and a master of the multitask. I usually stay away from retail stores and just go with Amazon/shipped. I will still stay away from other impersonal or overly-personal retail stores in my town but this was pleasant change from that.

I’ve never had any problems here the services especially the self print services are quick easy and efficient but today I had a slight issue being able to print my forms for some reason and a younger lady named Katie that works at this location with the long blonde hair and glasses went out of her way to help me to be able to get some important forms printed that I needed to print and did not ask me to pay for the pages she said she has it covered and although I don’t expect that to happen ever again and I didn’t in the first place that was appreciated a lot it doesn’t cost much at all but that’s not what matters it’s the customer service and going above and beyond that counts.

After five attempts and three pictures at other passport photo services, I finally got a picture from Staples brand new passport photo service in Silverdale. Its quality is far better than pictures taken at drug stores in the area-sharp and properly exposed. Staples in Silverdale offers passport pictures for other countries, including Canada and China. What a welcome upgrade in passport photo service!

The clerk that helped me was awesome she was very polite and knew what she was doing it was a great experience. I had to make copies of the kids Dads death certificate and that wasn't easy to do but the clerk help make it easier

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Cashier wore a mask. Helped me get an additional rebate on top of a price match to save money.

Krista in printing is amazing. She is knowledgeable, competent and fast. She knew exactly what I needed before I knew! She is also friendly and courteous. Will go back for all my printing needs.

Went to print docs from my phone. Super easy if you save docs to Google drive. Log in to Google then drives and you'll access all your files. Just choose and print. 11 cents per page.

My wife and I went into the Silverdale Staples store yesterday, Sunday, November 24th, shopping for a new smart phone. We were interested in the Samsung Galaxy s4. We had planned to look at five or six stores to check prices. The Staples store was the first in our search.
We walked in and a man, later identified as James Nuss the store manager, came over to us and asked if we needed help. We said yes. He talked to us for 20 to 30 minutes answering questions and looking up our AT&T account to be sure we could upgrade. Mr. Nuss was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions quickly, accurately and with humor.
We told him we were still looking and wanted to go to the AT&T store to see what they could do. He said go ahead.
Well, AT&T was a disaster! The phones they had on sale for $99, they were trying to sell to us for $189. No sale! Staples had the best price!
We returned to Staples, talked to Mr. Nuss again and purchased two new Samsung phones. Mr. Nuss spent over three hours with us, activating the phones; working with AT&T to get our account updated, which was not easy!; transferring data from the old phones to the new one's; teaching us the basics of the new phones; answering clearly every question we had ; and some we didn't know to ask.
All of this was accomplished with a grin and a sense of humor! He was also helping his sales associates and answering other customer questions while working with us. What could have been a very unpleasant and draining experience was actually enjoyable!
As a result of this experience Staples has earned our customer loyalty. I am a school teacher and when I talked about our experience today in our school staff lounge I think I sold one or two more phones.

The tech support at Staples is fantastic! I publish quilting patterns as well as use a machine embroidery program. The guys at Staples in Silverdale keep everything humming along and working together. They have an appointment schedule so you can bring your computer in for a check up and not have to leave it for several days. They have even solved problems over the phone. If you're not into "keeping all that stuff doing what you need it to" but you just need to use your computer EVERY DAY... give my fantastic guys in Silverdale a try. I don't think there's anything they can't fix or don't know.

First time I made copies from a thumb drive. They were very helpful and showed me exactly what I needed to do and even checked on me later to be sure all was well!

Everyone at this store is always very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to give outstanding customer service.

Have a very good experience, salesperson was Matt and he went above and beyond explaining everything thoroughly, I was very pleased

Well organized and stocked, great gifts. No furniture at this location except swivel chairs.
