U-Haul Storage of Interbay

I can't remember the last time I had such an outstanding customer service experience at a U-Haul location, despite decades of using their services when needed. This particular location and its staff are remarkable. Kudos to U-Haul management for employing such customer-focused associates and providing exceptional service with top-notch equipment, ensuring a smooth process. Furthermore, I'd like to highlight their technological investments; their website and app are incredibly user-friendly and efficient, contributing to a hassle-free experience. I will definitely return for more of this excellent service.

Picked up a trailer today to use for my wedding this weekend. The guy that helped us, Jaden, was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. It’s rare to get customer service in Seattle these days, but Jaden was very friendly despite being busy. He took time to make sure that we had everything we needed and got us in and out in a timely manner. He was great all around and I really appreciate his work ethic! Great experience today.

This location has many vehicles to choose from with a courteous and knowledgeable staff. I have utilized the services here since 2016 and have never been disappointed.

U-Haul interbay saved me today
I reserved a truck from other company and they cancelled me 1 hour before pick up.
I called U-Haul and luckily there still had trucks for that day (Sunday), ready to pick up as soon as they open (9:00 am).
Pick up was fast, they explained me everything, how much to refill the tank, how they’d charge me for miles (if I estimate 15 and use 10 they would just charge me 10).
Returning the vehicle was just as easy, they just check millage and gas tank, then they’ll confirm your final amount.

Everything might be obvious to people with experience, but for a first truck renting experience it made it really easy to me.

I’ve had to stop here multiple times throughout my move, for packing supplies and a van rental. Each time, the process has been seamless. The van was in clean condition, no surprise fees. The employees are all very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. The only name I could find was on my van rental and that’s Nicole Thompson. Overall, great experience.

Staff was very friendly. Truck was available on time when they said it would be and was clean. In addition, I had an issue with some random woman on the street who claimed I hit her vehicle(I did not), but that she didn't actually witness it. I told the staff this and they were very understanding and calm about the whole thing. There were no damages, but it was nice to have friendly people to talk to during a stressful situation. Moving is already stressful enough.

As with any rentals like this, always make sure to check for damages, gas, and rented supplies when you are checking in and make any note of it.

The uhaul team at this location made it very easy and seamless and I had 0 issues with my rental. On a side note, there is no parking in the lot, so you'll have to find street parking if you plan to leave your vehicle for the day. I was able to park my pickup a block away off of 15th and it was pretty easy.

All their trucks were booked and the person who had mine before me had not returned it by my pick-up time. This is, of course, not U-haul’s fault - the staff were very apologetic, they took down my number and called me as soon as the truck returned (2.5 hours later) and was sanitized. Great customer service! I’m glad I scheduled in a buffer time to my move, and you should as well to avoid any heartache.

Staff members were friendly and efficient. They were extremely busy but they took care of everyone in front of them, worked with my timeline and provided an option for us to keep our car parked safely while we embarked on the move in the truck. Easy reservation process done with just 24 hours notice on a busy weekend. I appreciate them!

Very helpful and accommodating. There was an issue that may have made me miss my rental for the time that I needed, but the workers here worked with me to make sure I was set. Turned a very stressful situation into a successful situation. Thank you!

Staff is wonderful! Very friendly crew. No after hours drop off, but understandable... Interbay is getting a little sketchy.

The general manager of this location was extremely helpful at my check out in the morning. The young woman checking me in at the end of the day was so patient and kind. I'm so impressed I'm going to rent from them again next month when I help my son move!

Loaded a pod in South Dakota and had Uhaul bring it to the Interbay location in Seattle. Everything went exactly like they said and Nicole at the Interbay location was very helpful. No complaints at all.

Had the best customer service experience with any U-haul I've ever dealt with before!!! David at the Interlay, Seattle location was so nice, patient and explained every detail that I could of possibly needed to make sure I was going to get everything I needed in my reservation. He even brought it to my attention that I was eligible for one free months storage to use anytime for the next 2 years, no strings attached! Could be really handy for staging all my boxes while I pack up my house.
Anyway, I think David was the most knowledgeable representative I've ever worked with at U-Haul. It's much appreciated.
