Matt and Chris were awesome to work with. They came out to diagnose our Rheem water heater. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They both discovered the issue and gave me all of the different options for us. Most importantly they were friendly and personable I will be recommending Bob Larson plumbing to all friends and family in the area.

As a new homeowner I was nervous to call for help with what I knew was a sewer clog. I considered different options to do it myself, but I knew deep down a professional would give me insight on the bigger picture.
I called Bobs plumbing based on reviews, proximity & I liked that it was family owned.
I received an appointment right away, & I preferred next day during normal business hours.
We had the most amazing plumber, Nathan Kinkella come to our home. Nathan gave us our options & pricing. We didn't just want a quick fix, we wanted a solution & the ability to prevent future problems. Nathan expedited our repairs with a great personality. He was respectful of our home & animals. He left our home clean & took the time to inspect our system & answer all of our questions. I really feel like my money was well spent. Our home is updated & it is not only fixed but we have everything we need to prevent future problems. Thank you for turning a terrifying situation into a positive one.

We had a problem with one of our outdoor spigots leaking so we called Bob Larson plumbing since they are a recommended installer of Aquor faucet systems. Sean Simons was our assigned plumber and he thoroughly explained how the new system would be installed and function to replace both of our outdoor spigots. He did a phenomenal job on both of them and the installation was so awesome that looks like it came with the house! I highly recommended both Bob Larson Plumbing and Sean Simons for ANY plumbing needs you might have and we will *definitely* be requesting Sean if & when we ever need plumbing services in the future! Top Notch service, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! (Photos attached of what the completed project looks like. These spigots are leakproof, freeze proof and tamper proof, so when they’re not in use you can keep the nozzles inside your home & nobody can use your faucets and your water will never get accidentally left running.)

Nathan and Jaren did a terrific job repiping our house, installing a shut off, and insulating our hot pipes. They are knowledgeable and careful and friendly. If we have future needs, we would use them.

Malu was a true professional. He was able to get our new hot water heater set up quickly and correctly. He even diagnosed a leaky valve and fixed it on the spot. To top it off Malu wore shoe liners anytime he came in from outside so he wouldn’t track in any dirty. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Malulani was great! Punctual, friendly, courteous and thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. He was also helpful in pointing out some other potential problems for me to consider. His work was quick and complete. I think he is a great representative for Bob Larson Plumbing.

I am so happy my nephew suggested calling Bob Lesson Plumbing to fix my emergency leak. Chris and Marie came out to fix my leak and had it done in record time. They didn’t stop there though, they knew i would need pictures and repair documentation to file an insurance claim so they went the extra mile and provided me with everything i needed to file my claim. In addition they provided me with a contact to help with restoration service who would also give me what i needed to add to my insurance claim. Overall it’s the best resolution i could have hoped for. I will definitely keep them in my contact list for future needs. Big thumbs up! They also honor my military service with a military discount! Couldn't be happier.

We had a leaking water heater emergency & the tech was onsite within an hour. Tech Chris was very knowledgeable & explained the issue & replacement options. We went with a unit that monitors when there’s a leak & alarms. They were quick & efficient! Thanks for a great ending to our problem!

From the initial phone call to our Plumber Chris Finch and his apprentice Amber, the customer service and explanations of what we needed done was outstanding. Chris and Amber were polite, respectful of our home but most of all you could tell they really take pride in their work. Great examples to represent your company. Bob Larson Plumbing is very professional and they were very helpful and fast about getting to my house. Malulani and Jaren were the technicians that were sent to my house. They were very patient and helpful. I had thousands questions and they made sure to answer all of them. They replaced on the spot my water heater tank. They did an excellent job and I will strongly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

We turned to Larson because they did a superb job for us during the pandemic when our water heater died. This time it was a leak repair. Had the most wonderful experience today with Chris Finch at Bob Larson Plumbing. He was able to fix 2 very annoying problems right away. Once that was done, we were able to go through the entire home to make sure that there weren't any major issues that needed immediate attention. I had a new sink installed and the experience was easy and stress free. I was I informed every step how the process would work. The gentleman that showed up was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very careful with the installation careful about NOT making a mess. He explained what he was doing and made sure I understood what was happening. I would recommend this company and Armando!

Ben was great from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to research the product I wanted with which he wasn't familiar. I called Bob Larson Plumbing at the recommendation of Maddie Names. I made my appointment for the next morning, but was immediately offered a same day appointment due to a cancelation. This company communicated with me throughout the whole process. They even sent me the name and picture of Armando Perez, the professional assigned to my work order. From there, Armando called me to give me his ETA. The time lapse from the initial phone call until his arrival was about 1 1/2 hr. Once he arrived, he introduced himself and put shoe covers on the moment he stepped inside. After I showed him the problems, he made his assessments, and fully explained what was causing the issues. Before proceeding, he told me the costs, and confirmed my choice to authorize or decline the services. Upon approval, he got to work. Armando also explained the parts he would be using, and why he recommended them. He got started, and was done in less than an hour. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm glad to have done business with this company.

Bob Larson Plumbing provided prompt service addressing all my needs. Daniel and Amber were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and we're very efficient at doing their jobs. They helped me pass city inspection for 2 gas pipelines. I would not hesitate to use their services again!
