Bruce is absolutely the nicest insurance agent. I never had to make a claim with him during the three years he was my agent, but he was super understanding when I explained I recently got married and asked to transfer to my husband’s insurance. I otherwise would have absolutely stayed with Bruce. Very personable and professional and I definitely recommend him as an agent.

Been with Bruce for 2 years now, right after my divorce. It was my first time trying to find insurance and find my own place while working two full time jobs and going through a course in school as a single mother. I called today to get a quote because my previous insurance company was raising my rates ridiculously. Dominique made my transition over to State Farm so easy, I not only switched my auto but my homeowners as well. I was on the phone for approximately half an hour and had not only my auto but my homeowners switched in no time. The process so easy just a few simple questions and everything was switched over. Dominique helped me set up a home owners policy on our new house, and the process was super smooth. She clearly explained the different coverage levels and options, so I knew we were getting the right coverage for my family. When there was a small snafu with the mortgage paperwork, Dominique quickly sorted it out so we were good to go! Would highly recommend this State Farm office.

Carolina was very helpful on discontinuing our home owners policy, starting two different renters policy and changes to our umbrella and two car insurance policies. It was a lot in one phone call. She expertly directed me on what I needed and didn’t need on those policies. It was great that she followed up with a phone call several days later to see how our escrow was going and if any of the start or discontinue dates on these policies needed to be push. All of my insurance needs were met and exceeded. Would truly recommend this office.
