These guys are awesome! I needed copies made of my motorcycle’s unique ignition and fork lock keys. Had two shops that claimed to do motorcycle keys turn me away without even looking at the keys. I finally reached out to Broadway based on a recommendation.

Eric was super cool on the phone and asked me to email a picture of the keys and blanks. From a single photo he confirmed they could do it but was able to tell that I had the wrong ignition key blanks. The difference was super subtle to my untrained eye. Saved me a trip down to cut keys that wouldn’t work.

Once I had the right blanks I went down in person and in less than 10 minutes I had two new sets that worked perfectly. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future!

I’ve been coming here for probably a decade. This is the best place to get your keys made in the Seattle area! It’s hassle free and always fast. The people there are always very nice and prices are fair. It’s always much better than going to Fred Meyer or a hardware store. I guess the only downside is their parking area only fits maybe two cars at the most. Usually I park on the street but I live in the city and am used to it so it’s no big deal.

These guys have been making keys for me for at least 10 years, and they've never made one wrong. Always accurate key making, excellent customer service, and well worth taking a visit here.. they are my go-to shop being an apartment manager.

Super quick service! I wanted a copy of my apartment key and I kid you not, they were done in less than 2 minutes. I’m pretty sure it took the same time for them to make a copy and for me to pay using a credit card. The key copy was around $4.

My Honda Odyssey key wouldn't turn anymore. I tore into it, pulled the cylinder using an M2 tap to extract the roll pin, and set out to have the wafers replaced. No locksmith would touch me because I'd done it myself. I walked into Broadway Locksmith and the guy handed me the repaired cylinder in 20 minutes for $45 out the door. Saved me hundreds without batting an eye. Ballard Lock & Key are clowns. This place is the BEST.

Super professional and personable! They were able to help me out in a pinch with some expert knowledge and I was in and out within minutes with my problem solved. Saved me a couple hundred dollars. Will be back for any locksmith needs.

Got a copy of non-smart car keys. It was super quick (less than 5 mins) and well priced. I’ll be coming back for my other locksmithing needs.

Came here needing a master key cut from a valet key, had one in 30 seconds for under 10 dollars. Previous locksmith quoted me at 250! Efficient service, extremely friendly, and honest.

Needed to get some spare keys cut, and I was delighted by how easy and quick the experience was. The front staff desk was so nice and helpful, and the price was very reasonable too. Would definitely come back!

Good service, went there first thing in the morning and got a copy for my keys. As it turned out, thekey was too thick to unlock my door.
When I went there back in the next day, just explained the situation to them and they made me a new copy for no extra charge.
A little annoying that the key didn't work at first, but they made up for it with quick and good service.

I just went to this place about a week ago to get some spare keys made for my truck because losing the only key you have is not cool. It can get super expensive if you have a new vehicle transponder chips all that, anyways when I first got here about a year ago I went in there got a couple keys made from my apartment these guys are great. In fact I drove 30 minutes out of my way just to go to these guys again quick super reasonable friendly in and out no problems highly recommend. Plus I'm pretty sure locally owned business gotta support that.

Store was able to make a copy of a Master Lock key. Keys were copied quickly and work perfectly. Fast, friendly service and conveniently located. Highly recommend!

Today I brought in a lock that had stopped working. As I let the lock out of the bag Broadway Locksmiths were watching and one immediately remarked to the other: "Graphite falling out!"

All the graphite was cleaned out and the lock oiled with the appropriate lock lubricating oil. The new key I had had made some time ago for this lock now worked perfectly again .

I was out the door without any additional charge.

So much quicker and quite a bit cheaper than the machines in the supermarkets. Also the guy doesn't do like the machines do and ask u 15 questions about how u might wanna upgrade ur purchase. Worth waiting till you and their hours of operation align.

Walked in to get a copy of my house key made. The gentleman took less than 5 minutes and it was reasonably priced (cheap!). Thank you so much for making this quick and easy!

Fast, helpful service and able to assist with our 120 year old door that had locked in a mysterious way. I called and he was here in about 20 minutes. When he arrived, he brought a set of antique keys/parts, just in case the issue was something that wasn't common these days. Sure appreciated the friendly, efficient service

Bjorn has been to our place three times for various issues. He is very professional and knowledgeable! Most recently he installed an electronic lock on an older door. He did an awesome job. The lock looks good and he took the time installing it. Highly recommend!

Ken was great - he was light hearted and went way beyond what's expected. Ken helped me push my car out of a parking garage to jump it off his van then push it back in when we couldn't get it jumped. Would definitely recommend!
