Taaza Bistro

This was my first time dining here and I was blown away. I had the Tikka Masala & the garlic rosemary naan & it was amazing. I left there completely satisfied & all of my taste buds were happy. Exquisite Indian food! We will definitely be back!

Flattered ! Or may be I can even say mind blowing ! I wasn’t expecting the taste and spice levels to be around traditional South Indian cuisine. Pepper chicken appetizer, chicken Hakka noodles, and mango lassi were ordered. Extremely impressed with the quality, and quantity of the food. Definitely, a must try Indian place in town!

Very delicious meal. Richly spiced and perfectly cooked chicken chetinad. I also enjoyed the samosas. I am excited to come back and try more!

Garlic rosemary naan is excellent. I had the Madras curry with chicken and it was better than I remembered. Thank you for the good food.

We had a great experience at Taaza-my husband and I both love Indian food and we were really happy with our meals. Everything was delicious and the presentation was very pretty. The lamb tikki masala was a real standout and the wait staff brought everything very quickly when we let them know we had a time crunch. We'll be back again, for sure.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new for our Valentines Day dinner and Taaza was surprisingly a wonderful experience! The whole experience was a vibe and the food was flavorful and hit all the spots! We now have a new spot to visit here in Burlington!

Taaza Bistro in Burlington, NC has surprisingly great authentic India food!

The interior of the restaurant is clean and contemporary, cozy for a date night. The staff are attentive and helpful, even in recommending food or spice level.

The food is the real delight of this restaurant! The flavor is authentic and spice is exactly as you ask for. My dinner plate of lamb chops masala with rice was enough for two people but you will find yourself going for it all.

I recommend this is a casual or romantic dinner location or if you just love food!

The food was amazing and the service outstanding. Definitely a great place to try even if you've never had Indian food. Take a chance and give this place a whirl, you won't be disappointed. I went with a few friends and we shared three different dishes and it was more than enough.

Food is fantastic and takes me back to India every time! Menu offers favorites that I haven't seen since my last trip to Bangalore. Quality of service and taste are consistently great! Vegetarian offerings are excellent. This is my new favorite restaurant in Burlington.

The dinner, service and atmosphere was all amazing. We ordered both vegetarian and meat items off the menu, and they were all fantastic. There was one server working, and he was very kind and attentive. Overall I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality Indian food!

I was here the day after I landed from India, I was amazed by the food, it was delicious. The people who work there are very friendly which adds to the experience of dining in. I would go on to say that the food here Is actually better than most of the Indian restaurants that are in "India".

We travel through this area at least once a month and usually like to try different restaurants, so this was our first visit. We were there Sunday at 6pm. They do a brisk business in take-out, but there were about 6 tables dining in. Wait staff were pleasant and attentive. Food was excellent--my go-to is palak paneer, and it was excellent, the crispy okra the best I've ever had, my husband's lamb was delicious, the Naan was soft and fluffy. Portions are deceptively generous, we ended up taking home enough for lunch the next day. Highly recommended.

My favorite place to come eat in Burlington!! The food is so delicious and the service is a 100/10. We feel so welcomed and are always happy to come here. Me and my 7 friends come here as often as we can because we love it so much. Highly recommend the chicken vindaloo!! Love being able to try Indian cuisine in NC :)

This place never disappoints! You could close your eyes and point at the menu and whatever you land on will be phenomenal. I can’t rave about this place enough, I’ll be returning again and again.

Has great lunch experience, everything was so fresh and delicious and they were very accomodating to my in laws who have not had Indian food before and had a lot of questions. We loved our server and our food, great non-spicy kids options and lots of clearly marked vegan options for myself, even dosa! Highly recommend this spot, everything was extremely flavorful and they had a great lunch special with a little bit of everything to try. We will definitely be back!

Sooo spicy-flavorful! Best Indian food I have had in a long time. Great selection of Indian beers as well.

This place is a gem. We are blown away by the flavors each time we visit for a meal. The chicken tikka masala and chilli shrimp are wonderful. Oh, and any of the naan breads are to die for—make sure you have enough for dipping!
