Love parking here, only $9 after 4pm. Both covered and open air spaces. My decades of experience parking all over Seattle: do not leave anything of value visible , not even a quarter, or you may be broken into. Sadly that can happen anywhere.

Be aware that they use license plate readers. If top is full, keep going down.

Convenient to Center events, but the safety issue is paramount. A car was broken into right next to ours, broke out back window and ransacked the car. Plenty of lights bus no on sight personnel. I will not park there anymore...safety is the issue over convenience.

It's a parking garage! It costs a lot of money! The customer service department was nice to me though

It was embarrassing that this parking garage only takes people who have apps/cellphones. Get a website/url option and more people can park here.

Pre paid for parking, but the lot was full. There is no attendant on site for help. Had to go to a different parking garage. Luckily, the other garage was only a block away, and I felt a whole lot safer leaving my car there

Absolutely do not park here. They have no one monitoring it whatsoever and there is no recourse when your vehicle gets broken into. Even worse, it's set up in a way that makes for plenty of hiding and private space for thrives to do their thing since they have no one monitoring the garage.

Do not turn in here. It's impossible to drive a larger vehicle here. The prices are insane. The experience is so bad they should pay you for having to endure it.

Our car was broken into on June 28th, 2023 while we visited the Pacific Science Center. Super disheartening as thieves took our luggage as we were headed out of town with family. Not only did they take all our clothes, they also made off with 2 laptops, a Nintendo ds and games, and a very sentimental ring that my mother gave me. To say we’re heartbroken would be an understatement. Do NOT park here.

If only I could give it zero stars. Car broken into yesterday. Thieves took all our luggage. There was an employee there that was no help. He was just sweeping up all the glass from other break ins. Do not park here.

If negative stars were possible, I'd be rating this garage a -5 .... took a trip down to the Science Center. We live an hour away. We look on the science center's website and this garage is listed as a parking option nearby. The garage says it's open 24 hours per day online. Then another sign says it's open till 11pm when you are there. The price said it was 30.00 for 4 to 12 hours according to the sign coming in. We arrived at 11am. We followed the instructions to pay online for parking. Our reservations went until 2:30. At 2:30 we extended our reservation online to 3:30. We tried to extend it until 5:30 but it wouldn't let us. We figured maybe it only let you do it an hour at a time. So at 3:30 we went to extend it again and it wouldn't work. Just said, "reservation cannot be extended" with no other information. Their mobile app (ParkWhiz) wouldn't allow it. So I contacted the customer service who said that the reservation could not be extended with no explanation as to why and I needed to vacate the garage to avoid being towed away. My husband walked to the garage to see about moving the car to a new spot within the garage. But surprise! The "Event Parking" sign was now up and parking was 50 bucks! He drove around looking for a new spot but we were SOL... everything was 40 to 70 bucks for parking and very busy. This was so disappointing. We missed our reservations for the laser show at 4pm and let the kids down. I won't be back! They should be ashamed of themselves. We pay almost 100 to go to the Science Center and we're led to believe parking there would be OK for the entirety of our time at the center, just to learn that they pull the rug out from under people and kick them out to make room for event parkers and charge them 50 bucks. The Science Center is not nearly as good either. Bug exhibits are gone completely. Hardly any butterflies in the butterfly area. The iconic ponds/fountain activities ("hamster wheel", water guns) we're closed. The Denny way entrance was closed and those exhibits were gone. Science Center says they don't operate the garage and when I talk to customer service they blame the parking availability on the "location". Whoever that is exactly.
