Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Went to get a much needed haircut on Friday. My regular stylist was out on sick leave and Danielle cut my hair. It was an awesome experience and she was so friendly and professional. I would give her 5 stars. Thank you Danielle, much appreciated😊

Made an appointment there today for 2pm, got there a little early and was seen very quickly. I had a stylist by the name of Danielle and she was truly wonderful, her personality was amazing as well as her magic with my thick long hair was just as amazing. She worked wonders and I will be asking for her again when I go back! She takes her time an doesn’t rush to get the haircut finished, she makes sure you 110% love your haircut before you leave. I would recommend her to anyone that goes to this hair salon.

I’ve been going to this location for almost a decade and I’m always satisfied with my experience but I’ve never had a regular stylist. Last year I had my hair done by Tyde and I loved it so much that I’m never going anywhere else. Tyde is so much fun to work with and she does a fantastic job on my cut, color, styles including curls and braids, and my bangs which I am very particular about. I leave feeling confident and beautiful. I’ve never been happier with my hair!! Thank you Tyde!

During the last 15 years, my husband and I have been customers of a Fantastic Sam’s in Jacksonville’ NC with wonderful results. It is clean and the staff is wonderful/professional with excellent results! They do not gossip back-and-forth like most salons. Mandi is the stylist we use and love her.

Something unfortunate happened today. An incredibly rude customer by the name of Verona Williams came in to get a highlight though she’d had had her hair highlighted two weeks before. This meant that she had virtually no roots to process. Processing would break her hair, and Fantastic Sam’s rightfully told her that they couldn’t provide the service because of the damage it would cause to her hair. There is so much more, but she said she was going to leave an incredibly terrible review on their page and it is my desire that people reading that post will understand what happened.

I’ve had few different stylists cut my hair and they have all been great. The ones who haven’t cut it would be trusted to do so, everyone seems awesome and this is the best place for your hair needs. I believe Viviana was my most recent stylist and did an amazing job. Thanks to the whole staff!

Went in for a trim and didn’t expect to be surrounded by some real salt of the earth people. We all became friends almost instantly and my hair felt way better after the trim.

I am very happy with my experience there today. I had put off getting a haircut for over a year after I moved here last August due to being nervous about finding a new hair stylist after having the same one for about 7 years. I couldn't wait any longer and scheduled an appointment. I am so glad I did. Kim did an awesome job with my haircut and styling my hair just like the picture I showed her. I will definitely be back and not wait over a year!

Let me start with such a friendly staff! These girls take pride in their work and in their salon. The floors were clean and the girls look well kept. They take their time in taking care of you making sure you are pleased with your hair and them ensuring that you are satisfied. They offer such great products and are not too pushy with selling retail. A great environment for children as many of the girls talk about their own children. Accommodating to elderly and they make sure everyone is comfortable! Haircuts are always gorgeous and I’ve never seen better results in color! The manager handles everything with care and politeness. Some people just don’t know what they are missing with these ladies!!!! Highly recommend this salon and staff!!!

Danielle was absolutely amazing! Loved my hair style! She was so pleasant, it felt like I was talking to an old friend! I would recommend Danielle to anyone!
