Everyone at PT Solutions go out of their way to make sure physical therapy is as “fun” as it can be! They all get along so well and laugh and joke all the time. The music they play is great too and makes me want to work harder! I don’t have a negative thing to say about these guys!

Part 2:
I have completed my treatment with PT Solutions and they delivered on their commitment to me. I can comfortably use my arms without pain. I am currently participating in an intense weight training program and I can play guitar once more and enjoy it.
Every Doctor I interacted with at the Hendersonville PT Solutions clinic is an advocate of knowledge, and adept at identifying what motivates patients. Their emotional intelligence is always turned up to ten. Furthermore, they are adept at fluidly moving amongst the different patient conversations on the floor. Even more impressive is how they collaborate real time in front of you to discuss treatment options. I have never encountered a team of professionals so transparent in their reasoning and approach to patient treatment.
They successfully and effortlessly encourage an inclusive, diverse and safe environment. This is invaluable as it makes them approachable to patients from all ages and backgrounds.
I am forever grateful to everyone in the PT Solutions clinic in Hendersonville. They have set a PT standard that has an instant appeal that other PT clinics would benefit from emulating. I feel full confidence stating you will experience measurable success by coming to this clinic.

PT Solutions of downtown Hendersonville is so much like a family. I have been going weekly for the last 4 months and feel so taken care of. My progression has been tremendous and all the therapists are so encouraging and cater to each person's needs. You are greeted by name when you walk through the door and I believe that makes each individual feel special and welcome. I genuinely have nothing bad to say and I would continue to go every week if I could!

The staff at PT Solutions in downtown Hendo are some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I personally get treated by Marnie and Hailey on a weekly basis for my right knee and I always look forward to my visits with them. Throughout the last month of going, I've regained quite a bit more range of motion back in my knee, so that's saying something. The whole crew there makes for an awesome and fun PT experience and you won't regret going.

I’ve been to three physical therapists in the Hendersonville area, and this is by far the BEST one around. They are committed to helping their patients heal and heal on their terms. Marnie has been my PT since starting at PT solutions and she has helped me so much and targets healing from all different directions. Which for me, includes strengthening, mobility/range of motion training/ healing as well as manual manipulation and dry needling. She is committed to her patients and takes the time to be hands on with them, which I appreciate. Most places just give you a printout and ask you back in 6 weeks. She works with me on a weekly basis, and looks at the long term in treatment. Highly recommended 👍

PT Solutions is such a fantastic place to be! The therapists are so awesome and they are really nice to me. They go out of their way to make every patient feel comfortable. There are 6 therapists that treat at this clinic.. Hailey, Anthony, Travis, Marnie, Hunter and Carrie. Every single one of them are amazing! They bring such positive energy to this clinic! I Will definitely continue to come here everyday.

I have been going to PT Solutions for a few months now. All of the staff there is phenomenal! From the front desk/admin staff to the physical therapists, it has always been a very pleasant experience. I have worked with all of the therapists there, but have primarily worked with Marnie. Marnie is one of a kind and I'm so thankful to be able to work with her. I am always given adequate time and attention even though they are typically working with another patient as well. Everyone is professional, friendly and make you feel right at home. I bring my 2 yr old daughter quite often and they are wonderful with her. Kristen and Jordan entertain her to make sure I can still get in a good session...and somehow still manage to handle all of the phones and scheduling. Those girls rock! I have been to physical therapy 3 other times in my life and none of those places compare to the PT Solutions Hendersonville team. Hailey, Anthony, and Marnie are just plain awesome. I am so grateful to have found PT Solutions. I am feeling better each day and will continue to go here as long as I am living in Hendersonville. I recommend 100%.

I've just recently finished treatment with PT Solutions of Hendersonville Downtown and my shoulder is feeling better than I could have hoped for when I set out to find a PT! The entire staff was friendly and professional from the get-go! They gave me a wide variety of exercises to do when I was there and many of them I've been able to do at home as I continue to strengthen the problem area post PT. Super personable and knowledgeable staff! I've been to several PT's and I'd suggest PT Solutions over the others any day! If you are suffering from any aches and pains that you're looking to get rid of, give them a call!!

I just can’t say enough about the care that I receive from the team at PT Solutions in Hendersonville. For the past two months I have been dealing with chronic back pain and have had the opportunity to work with each one of the therapists. I actually look forward to every visit. The therapists and office staff are so kind and truly care about my recovery. They treat me as a whole person, knowing that chronic pain impacts all areas of my life. I have complete trust in the knowledge, skills, and techniques they employ to make me stronger and improve my overall quality of life.

This place rocks! Having been to other Physical Therapy providers in the area, I can say that PT Solutions does it way better. The facility is wonderful, the staff are always friendly, and I’m seeing noticeable improvements in my health. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place ends up with a waitlist in the future!

I go every couple of weeks or so. The staff is always attentive and understanding. I like that they're not afraid to ask a coworker for a second opinion. So even though my appointment is with Marnie, I get the support of the entire team. I also like how they manage the scheduling. Even if I am there past the duration of my appointment, she will keep directing me to do exercises until I'm finished. So I don't get booted out before I have done everything and received the full benefit of my appointment.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic - I'm a current patient. The trainers Anthony and Elizabeth are just the right blend of firm and kind and encouraging. I really have seen benefits since the first week I started here in how I'm able to go up and down stairs (my biggest challenge and reason for referral), and I've even been able to set new goals. I'm happy to go each time because its such as positive place. Also: Parking is super-convenient!

P T Solutions staff are very well trained and very personable. And the facilities are modern, clean and comprehensive. I got excellent results from them after my total knee replacement. My surgeon said I was ahead of the curve for those recovering from knee replacement.

I have issues with my neck which had gotten si bad that I couldn't function normally. I missed 2 months if work. After going to PT Solutions for several weeks, I am pain free for the first time in over 10 yrs. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful! I worked with Marnie the most and am so grateful to her for all she has done for me!

Started working with Haley after surgery for breast cancer. I was made to feel comfortable with my treatment as well as provided with things I could do at home to assist with my pain. All personnel I have meet are great. Especially Haley.

Part 1:
PT Solutions has been instrumental in my injury recovery. The attention, care and treatment I experienced, was of the caliber I thought was only available to wealthy elite athletes or rock stars.
My name is Ari, I suffered an overuse injury to both my forearms around June 2018. The pain I felt was constant, debilitating and was ruining my quality of life. I am 36 years old, I love physical challenges and playing guitar is my passion. While I do neither professionally, I Iive to push the limits of my ability. At first, I didn't realize I was injured, I thought all I needed was rest to recover, so I didn't seek medical treatment. For almost a year it was painful to lift a pot full of pasta. I was unable to twist open a jar lid. Prolonged activity such as cleaning the house, sweeping the floor, weight lifting or playing guitar were impossible. I was unable hold a book for more than 5 minutes. All I wanted to do was lay immobile because it was the least painful.
My Doctor diagnosed me with a severe case of Tennis Elbow, over the next three months I was given two rounds of steroid shots in my arms and referred to a PT clinic. While the shots did provide some pain relief, the PT appointments were not very effective. For each scheduled hour, I spent 30 minutes sitting on a chair being lectured on all the bad behaviours that led to my injury. The other 30 minutes were spent on that same chair, performing exercises from a paper handout with diagrams. I understand the intent was to educate me and help me prevent prior mistakes, but after two months of PT appointments I experienced little benefit, so I stopped going. I was starting to believe that maybe, this injury was permanent. This made me feel angry, I was concerned that my only options were surgery, or having to take narcotic medications to cope with the pain.
Around September 2019 I met with my Doctor to discuss my lack of progress. He referred me to PT Solutions in Hendersonville, he believed they would be better trained to help me.
Fearing that my experience would be similarly disappointing, I called the clinic and asked them to set expectations of treatment. Within seconds I was on the phone with the clinic director Dr. Hailey Voycheske, she patiently listened to my concerns and understood that I needed help fast. I was impressed that she scheduled an appointment for me for the following day. The fact that a clinic director took the time to have a conversation with me on my first contact and acted with a sense of urgency, elevated the professional quality of this clinic beyond my expectations.
From day one it was evident this clinic was unique. Their front desk staff is the most welcoming and friendly I have encountered. The mood is enthusiastic, high energy, there is lots of laughter, I was ecstatic to realize that PT could be fun.
On my first appointment my injury was thoroughly evaluated by Dr. Anthony Prochilo. I was pleased to learn he is a skilled drummer, he understood how negatively it impacted me to be unable to play guitar. His enthusiasm in our conversation was palpable and he set optimistic expectations for my recovery.
The clinic director, Dr. Hailey Voycheske would frequently see me, her good judgement and incisive observations gave me confidence that I was in the right clinic.
The majority of my appointments were with Dr. Marnie Cranmer, she is exceptionally talented, clever and funny. She quickly identified that I am challenge driven. Her inventiveness in devising new challenges for me was key to my consistent improvement. She is also a guitar player, this gave her a unique insight of my injury. Her ambitious treatment strategy for me was exactly what I needed. Her efficiency, keen observations and real time feedback delivery inspired me to do my best.
Within the first month of visits I experienced a remarkable improvement. I was able to lift weights, play guitar and use my arms with a significant decrease in pain.
