I have shopped at this store multiple times and most recently took an in store course. The staff was super friendly and great at explaining basics. I have been in multiple times since the course and always meet with a upbeat greeting and lots of help with my questions. I appreciate Lucas, Will & Miriam who have all been very good listeners and approachable when I have come in.

The employees were incredibly kind. We’ve come home and told everyone about them. We went in looking for a jacket and left with a few other items. Asked tons of questions and got so much information. They even gave us dinner recommendations close by. It’s genuinely hard to find good customer service these days so we were blown away. Thanks!! Pictures are of the memory foam dog bed in store and the one we purchased.

I’ve had a pair of the Orvis Pro wading boots for a few years. After some light use the sole started to detach from the left boot. Brought them in and the store manager gave me a new pair as a replacement with almost no questions asked. Amazing customer service.

I’ve never had a better shopping experience. Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. You could tell everyone genuinely enjoyed working together and it was a wonderful experience. Thanks for making our holidays a little brighter!!

I will admit I was a bit intimidated to go in this store. So I took a male friend with me. I shouldn’t have been worried. Matt and Noel were super helpful in a kind way, not pushy at all. And the rest of the staff seemed lovely too. Both my friend and I found something we loved. Thank you fellas!

The sales staff here is actually helpful and not pushy. Their clothes are comfy and durable. Definitely worth the price.
They also support local charities.

I stopped by to grab a gift for my Secret Santa this year not knowing anything about fly fishing. I was immediately acknowledged and was pointed in the right direction for some great ideas. Really appreciated the help!
