Tandoori Hut - "Fresh Food is our Focus"

Super grateful that I found a spot that was so good and filling! Super friendly and fast service. Arrived for dinner and was greeted instantly and was asked if we wanted a booth or a table, our choice. Got recommendations and turned out to be so good. Will be coming back.

Went for lunch and the buffet special is really great value for money, especially for a downtown place. Super friendly staff and great food.

We came for lunch buffet but they don’t have the buffet on Mondays and Tuesdays. But the sweet owner suggested we try a meat or veg thali, and wow were they so delicious! My husband, son and his fiancé got meat and I chose the veg, and we got mango lassis. This food was so good!!! The owners are Punjabi, and make the tastiest northern Indian food. Will definitely come here any time we’re back in Seattle, and highly recommend.

We went here during diwali. The food is absolutely delicious. We ordered chicken korma, naan and fried fish pakora. Everything tasted really good. The service was great as well. Our server was Roshan, who was really friendly. They also offered us complimentary rasamalai, which was one of the best I have had around here. Would definitely go again.

I love this place! Family owned and operated local business. Great food every time, such good flavors & textures! 😋 Good selection of vegetarian options. And affordable pricing. Excellent service. Comfortable & beautiful interior, love the ambience. Plus they do a lunch buffet which is so hard to find nowadays. Highly recommend ❤

First visit. Ordered chicken pakoda for appetizer and prawn coconut curry with rice. Loved the flavors. Chicken was very tender. I would have preferred more coconut flavor in the curry but still an interesting preparation. Enjoyed their service too, will be coming back for chole bhature as requested by the owner :) thank you for the homely touch.

Nice Indian lunch buffet! (The buffet might not happen on Monday-Tues, so check). It was very good, big selection, at least 3 chicken and 3 veg options, plus rice, salad, fried appetizers, bread, dessert.

Slightly not spicy-hot enough for me, but just ask and they'll bring you some homemade chili sauce. Also the hot pickle is also in the buffet.

Amazingly nice staff and there are about 3 tables out front (in season) on a pleasant stretch of the ave.

Price was very reasonable for Belltown in 2024. It was under $20. 😊

Beautiful service. The place has massive potential. The place is a great combination of food and culture. I had the buffet lunch and I really enjoyed it. I put a 3 Star for food, because there is always room for improvement. The pricing is very fair. The food was fresh and really feeds the soul.

Make sure to order crab cakes, garlic naan bread, and any lamb dish. Mint chutney and tamarind is also a must. Water is also delicious. Service is like a large number of stars and the atmosphere is perfect. Make sure to get coffee afterwards because you will definitely pass out from a food coma if you don't. I warned you way ahead of time. Drive and walk safely my chaps. May the force be with you

Food was amazing garlic naan was to die for same with the chicken korma, service was fast but more importantly our server looked like two pac.
10/10-Would eat again if I come back to Seattle

Hands down, best Indian restaurant in Downtown! The waiter was very kind and provided helpful recommendations. Food was delicious, with great portions and priced very reasonably. Overall the restaurant atmosphere, cuisine, and service was memorable. 5/5 Recommend ✅

The naan here is so delicious! My party got buttered chicken, plain and garlic naan, lamb karahi, and lamb tikka masala. Everything was super delicious and we will be returning. The waiter was also super super nice and helpful!

Came tonight with my family and truly loved the food, environment, hospitality and beautiful family operated establishment. Enjoyed hearing stories from mother and son. Food was absolutely delicious. We ordered too much and almost ate it all. It's a must go!

Amazing Indian food! The service is 10/10, we’ve had the lamb dishes, all the chicken dishes and a few vegetarian options. Each one is incredible. Not a single complaint, you gotta go here!

Biryani and samosa were excellent. Mango lassi too. There was extra lassi left over from when they made it so they just gave it to us, at least another entire glass free. Very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back!

Where do I even start? The greeting by the very nice woman right when you walked in the door really set the mood along with the smell of amazing food. The young man had water brought out to us before we were even seated which that type of service is unheard of now a days! We ordered The Onion Bhaji, Vegetable Samosa, House Salad, Garlic & Basil Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Saag Paneer. All the food was a solid 10/10 and wish I could rate even higher. The service we received from the family who owns Tandoori Hut was something like I have never seen before. Such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I will defiantly be going back and kudos to the chef as well!!!

Definitely Excellent food, must visit place for who likes authentic Indian food. Their dal makhani is classic and actual Indian Punjabi food. Go enjoy some good food !

This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. A great date restaurant with a calm vibe. Everything was exceptional including the customer service. They refilled our mango lassi and chai. The lamb was very excellent and fresh with no gamey flavor. As good as it gets. Our host even gave me a little of their special chai masala as a gift to make chai at home ❤

One of the best and authentic Punjabi food restaurants here in Seattle! Love their Paneer Tikka Masala, Paneer Kadhai, Malai Kofta. They make the best Samosa Chat in the entire Washington state. Try it and you will know!
