Great living at a great price, no one around can compare to.

Have lived here for 9 months. Nice place to live. Very Quiet and very safe. Maintenance team does a great job. Any problems are dealt with very quickly. Grounds are kept nice (again, kudos to the maintenance crew, they go around every morning and check the grounds).......I reported my AC out this morning and they had it fixed within the hour

Management is very hands off which is nice most of the time. The playground is very run down and it is located in a location that is not walking distance to anything worthwhile. The apartments are dated and paint is many layers thick on everything including hinges.

If you want a place filled with spiders, cocroaches, and renovations looking like the early 60s and smells like cigarettes. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

When they say there going to start construction there probably going to paint over the issues and call it new with new prices. And when they say there going to get rid of the smoke smell that’s a joke. And if you like cloudy water I would give it a five stars but Rent for a one bed and one bath is $750+ I recommend staying far away from this place. And looking somewhere else
