Had an issue with setting up a new phone. Our service rep, Derrick, was superb! He knew exactly what to do, explained everything, and had a great attitude. Best Verizon store experience we’ve had.

Joey Wilson is my go-to guy for all of my company's phones, tablets, screen protectors and anything cellular related. Not only does he take care of us when we're in store but he follows up and checks on us periodically. That's a high level of service and greatly appreciated. Because of him, this store has and will keep my business.

Gage at Cellular Cells of Conover is the best. He has the best personality and is great to work with. I had a recent critical issue and he took all the time with me and went above and beyond to assist me. I have never received such GREAT customer service. Gage is a huge asset to the Verizon and I would highly recommend him for all your cellular needs.

I had some general questions and the person helping me was named Gage! He was very helpful and explained everything to me in depth! I left very confident in my answers and I am very happy with my choice in version! 100% grateful to Gage!

My family just switched from Spectrum to Verizon last month. We went to the location in Conover and Derrick Malbon was our service representative. He is so good at his job! Incredible service! He made everything so easy for us. We are so happy with our service that we just switched to Verizon Internet as well. I sent Derrick a message about adding internet and he took care of it. If you are looking for customer service at it's best, I highly recommend Derrick.

We only use the Verizon in Conover. Always helpful and efficient! Joey is our go to guy! He’s the man!! Very knowledgeable and always helps try to save us money!

Additionally, all staff observed on my separate visits/calls seemed to work well together to help serve the customer even if it wasn’t “their own” customer. Kyle, Amber, and Derek are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! They make buying a phone a quick and painless process. I visited this location to pay my bill. They were helpful. I also had questions and they were patient to answer my questions without telling me to call from my phone or that I had to have an appointment. I will come here when I need customer service.

My mom went there she is older and not technically savvy Tyler Scott helped her out.

I recommend the Conover Verizon store for anyone getting a new phone or solving phone problems. Gage was wonderful to work with! He took his time with my friend and me, since we were both getting new phones. He tried to save us money and give us better service. He was very patient and helpful! Josh and his team are hands down the best in the cell phone game. Been dealing with him for years and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is always 100% taken care of. I’m so glad I decided to take a chance and do business with him many years ago. Upgrading to a new phone was a inconvenience and time consuming before I met him, I actually look forward to coming in and seeing everyone now. The atmosphere in his the store is just phenomenal. Great customer service and everyone was welcoming. Brad helped me order and upgrade my new phone in a timely fashion. Brad was able to answer all the questions that I had for him and was organized with my paper work and explained everything to me, like my future charges that I should expect on my next bill. I would recommended everyone to stop by this location, if you need any further changes/help to your services.
