McDonald's

Food was hot and fresh. Service was quick and the who took my order was over the moon caring. Or of the better McDonald's

I am not on this side of town often, but was today. This morning on my way to the animal shelter I stopped to get some breakfast. The ladies at both windows were so freaking nice. To have to work in the freezing cold opening that window, they had the best attitude about it. I just wanted to recognize them. I’m not sure who was at those windows this morning when I came through, but that’s what customer service is all about. Best McDonald’s drive thru experience I’ve ever had.

Great, we will come back, good food.

Just got off work order double qp meal add mayo and my burger is raw I'm pissed

This is my favorite McDonald’s. Their food is consistently good and customer service is 9 times out of 10 pleasant. There is a young guy who brings out curbside orders with an attitude BUT that’s a small negative compared to all the good experiences we’ve had here. I’m pretty sure my sons Mcdonald’s orders keep their lights on 😂😂

There is a guy named Jay that takes orders in the drive thru... THAT DUDE MADE OUR VISIT AWESOME!!
Give him a raise immediately! Best customer service I've ever recieved from McDonald's. 💯

Good food, great staff, speedy service, stays pretty busy so you know the food is epic

Had been at emergency room all night, we all was hungry. I pulled in placed my order on my mobile app, pulled up to speaker and recieved my food quickly, hot and fresh.

Breakfast manager or production leader is great. Don't live there but went there 3 times, she waited on me and food/drink was perfect. She made my ice coffee each time with perfection and when in Burlington we will go to no other place in town.

Very nice store brand new though ...

Gave this McDonald's another try twice. The first time was iffy but with the new building and everything I was like let's do it again...

Tonight 1 am
At the second window I had an astounding experience with Jermaine ...he answered all questions, was hilarious, polite, and had a very positive attitude over all..
I then found out he is actually the maintenance worker. So he was doing extra work at the window with this positive attitude.. Thank you Jermaine for my wonderful experience.

Morning afternoon or night. This location cannot ever get a order right to save their lives . They get it wrong every single time. Stop on the way to work so I don't have time to go back through the drive through again. Will be going to the mcbane location for now on instead

This was our first time at the new building. It is clean & bright inside. We received helpful service and our food was delicious. 🙂

It's just fast food.

This is my favorite location, typically they move faster then most McDonald's. They have very Friendly Staff, and Managment does well.

Badadadada...everyone loves McDonald's..they simply do. Just be nice to them and give them good food

No complaints. Good and fast service, food is great as usual at Mc D. I always return for my Sundae Fudge with 3 sachets of chopped nuts to go with it, can't beat the price!

It was a nice place too eat... But i think they definitely need help with the flies. They was all over he window and seat next to us.!!!
