Love my local Walmart. I have a favorite employee Named Tammy who means the world to me. She was the first person in Walmart to show me any kindness when I first moved here a little over 4 years ago. She is always so happy and helpful. Now I look for her every time I go, just to see her 😁 She is an angel. It just makes me happy knowing there are still good people in this ugly world. I now call her my dear friend 🧡

I really love this Walmart. It's Walmart is so nice. It's full of nice people and nice workers. I had to run in real quick and I didn't know exactly where things was placed. I walked up to this lady. She does the digital shopping. I think her name was LeTanya she was so sweet. She stopped when she was doing, walked me to the area and also suggested things. She also spoke to me about different recipes on how to make my ham glaze. I really was appreciative to her because I was confused and I didn't know exactly where things was. She took time to stop what she was doing to really help me. These are the type people that keep your business going and keep other people coming to this business gold star for her

customers, please for the love of god stop hitting on employees. it’s not appreciated and it makes me really uncomfortable. it’s pretty frequent at this location too.

I understand the customers complaints and frustrations. Yes they will hire anyone just to have a body in the building. I work for Walmart and I find that the older people really try to do their jobs right and are often pulled to do other employee's work while they just have fun and get a free check.

I can only speak for 3rd shift workers. Majority of the workers on 3rd shift in store 1191 work really hard to get things done.

Come by 1191 between 6am-7am or 9pm and 10pm and you will get better service from the 3rd shift workers. We really focus on getting everything done.

Thanks to the 3rd shift Manager's and the Associates for the hard work that we do. It's not always easy but we really try.

It's a walmart. Everyone comlaining about this location would argue about a value menu item not being perfect in a fast food drive thru. Supply and demand, people. You are still going to go back there and you know it.

I always enjoy going to Walmart they have a very friendly staff easy to find products a clean store and the staff is very educated on where items are and how to locate and buy online They even help me set up my Walmart pay makeing checking out easier.

It was the best visit I have had since the day the store's Grand Opening. And as always, the store was overstocked.

It's Walmart...but it's generally clean and stocked. The employees I've seen have been friendly. I had to exchange a pair of shorts recently and it was quick and easy.

Yes! On Monday 1/9/22 I was shopping for pants, shirt and tie. Attending a funeral. I had a few questions and after failing to get an answer twice, up comes Gwendolyn Washington with all answers needed and helped with sizes, paying and returns. Actually helped me at customer service and even listened to my woes per the funeral. Wish more people in customer service positions would have to take notes from this young lady. Came in worried and rushed but left with all I needed and some satisfaction. Please bestow my gratitude for the help she gave and acknowledge her as a great customer service representative for this store she is!

Great shopping Mebane street having lots of road work got to detour on queen Ann St. Or church st lots of kids in the area so be careful

Today, 4-22 (around 2:30), I received the best customer service from the young man working the bakery. I knew he was busy, but he patiently helped me as I ordered a cake. Such a nice guy!

I wish they put all the Latino products on one spot like other Walmart stores do. But other wise I had a good experience there. Now it's better organized.
Now I can find the products after my first visit.

I needed to have pictures taken off my phone and printed. I didnt know what size nor how to work the kiosk. Justin to the rescue!! He walked me through the sizing for what I needed and helped with the kiosk. So much so the next picture I was able to do myself. Thank you Justin for great service today. I really appreciate everything you did today. All while still helping others. With a SMILE!!

Ii went in for an item and I was able to get it after I received help from an associate. I used self checkout.
