Appointments are easily made; everyone is so professional and nice to speak/work with. Nathan does an awesome job. You can tell that he cares about his work and customers. We have been customers of Terminix for over 20 years and boy have we had the bugs!!! BUT EVERY TIME Terminix has sent someone to deal with those bugs. Now bugs and mice come back but that is the great thing about Terminix... so do they... as many times as the bugs and critters do. You can't do any better than this!

Very experienced. Told me exactly what they were going to do and did it. Then if I have any problem to make sure I call them, they will come back. But I had no problems. I love Terminix

Great service, Lady went over everything she was going to do inside and out. She discussed with me areas that pests where getting through on outside. She was thorough.

These guys have had my house under contract since 2007. At times I have made some pretty special requests with all the concrete work I have had done around my house. Doug McAnus came out here a few times to assist; to make sure we made it easy for them to reinstall the bait stations after this work was completed. Because of our discussions, with Doug and my concrete crew; I was able to save from having them drill the concrete, because we were able to put PVC pipes in the pour as a place holder; giving Terminix a place to reinstall the termite stations; that went right into the dirt below my concrete pads without the need for drilling. Saving there time and my money. These guys go above and beyond; dealing with the office staff is a pleasure. No question, I feel that i get excellent value for my money. When we need an occasion retreat it is handled quickly and professionally.

I called about termite services. After I paid and had bait stations set up, I had an extreme infestation. They came out that day and set up more stations. They are extremely knowledgeable and I have the utmost confidence that they will take care of my property.

Once again Randy did a fantastic job inside and outside our home, especially knocking down spider webs outside along our roofline and outdoor lights! We remain very pleased with the level of attention and service!

My Terminix guy is always great. He comes out and asks question to see if I have any concerns and goes above and beyond if I do have a slight issue

My family and I have been using terminix for a while now and I can say we have no complaints at all. Dylan Stacks is the best exterminator they have and we put it down for only him to come out! He always ask if we seen anything and even gives us heads up about weather changes and about bugs. He calls before he comes, strikes conversations with you and is done in a timely manner. Sprays every room and even the outside for us. After routine spraying he always lets us know if we need him he will be back out! We’ve had other employees from terminix come out and we have no problem with them, but Dylan has become part of our family!

Nathan, the Terminix tech who did the service call, is a highly knowledgeable professional who did an excellent job and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Nathan and Terminix to anyone who needs pest service.

Andy did a good job with coming out to check our encapsulation done by Terminix. My readings had been very high 65 and very low at times but was 1st time it had registered as high as 65. He came out clean drain line but also told me he was going to talk to his manager, Doug about ordering parts to shorten the drain line as it needed to be closer to the humidifier. Doug approved his request and he came back out Wednesday, 1/31/24, to make repair. He also fixed my vent cover back on as I had requested to Terminix that I paid a lot of money for the vent covers & wanted to keep all my vent covers in tact even though they enclosed each area with the Styrofoam type seal after doing encapsulation. The monitor inside our house is now reading at 43 which we were told it should read at 45 or above but never at 65. We were also told the reading can fluctuate according to outdoor temperature & it was dead on 45 after Andy made the fix so I'm assuming it will come up to 45 as the temperature rises outside because it did yesterday after he repaired. 2 points off isn't bad as long as it doesn't remain at that setting for weeks at a time. Overall, we're pleased as Terminix is always professional and the appointments have be easy to set based on our schedule as we always like to be home when the technician arrives. I've had my encapsulation done now a little over a year and get complements from Morris Jenkins Technician on how clean it looks under our house when they come to do their 2x a year Advantage heating & cooling inspections. This is something that I'm glad we did in addition to our yearly Termite inspection which we've had with them for many years back from when they bought Good Will Termite out. There's only one thing I wished Terminix would start doing and that is give their long term customer's/seniors a discount on their yearly inspection fees versus going up every year or so. Even 1 to 5 or 10% would be better than nothing. I know cost has gone up on everything but when you live on a fixed income, taking increases every year or so is very difficult to maintain yrly business with any company; however, giving that little bit of a discount would be very helpful for a long time customer to maintain business with any company. Even dividing the yearly payments up to set up as an autodraft is a good idea too. Morris Jenkins has that option and plus they even lowered or gave us a discount that we can afford to keep our 2x a year Advantage plan. Just as we've been with Terminix for more than 20 years, we've been with Morris Jenkins for more than 20 years so listen to what your customers suggest because it can help keep good paying customers as well as bring you more good customers. Our son needs to set up business with Terminix but it will be based on affordability and quality of work. As the saying goes, you pay for what you get but you can also pay too much for what you're not getting! For now, we've been satisfied and hope that continues in the future. Thanks Terminix!
